but there is also problem of trust in dumbledore, he do not trust almost anyone but he instantly trust ron, and dumbledore. while dumbledore is person who put him with dursleys, he do not rebel in school against authority. He had means to skip dursleys in summer, sent them note and stay in leaky cauldron, they would be beyond happy. Also he should be more cunning, looking for solution howto avoid dursleys (enchanted objects with notice me not, or simply ask older students howto handle annoying muggle cousin with other magical means, potions etc). He did not know about underage magic laws so it is beyond stupid that he do not do anything to help himself. thats what is disgusting about potter sacrifice, he has not self sacrificed. He was sacrificed by dumbledore for greater good, he was brainwashed like those suicide bombers. Also author making parallels to christianity and sacrifice of jesus is mocking religion. Dumbledore has thig bright idea that he would reinforce lilly self sacrifice by harry sacirifcing himself to wizarding world and all friends and light side would get the same level protection like harry got from voldemort. it was disgusting manipulation to gain power for his side.
