I see a lot of people disliking the walls being described. I see it as it explaining the older the walls the more old magic in them. Eddard is acting different because the walls are warning him with the old magic that someone that is not supposed to be there. That is also why there is always supposed to be a stark in winterfell. That’s how I understood it and I think it was pretty nice. But not everyone needs to understand that way.

This is one of the best game of thrones fics I’ve seen in a long time. I look forward to it continuing. Keep up the good work!👍👍
