I try to aim at 2-3 week update time, the third week usually is if I have doubts of the Chapter then edit before posting. But thats my update schedule.

Probably since I'm a big Naruto nerd myself and probably subconsciously wrote it in that sense since now looking at it, it kinda does share similarities. Deserved either way since Izu shouldn't feel alienated (regardless if this universe makes it by default if you have no ability) and inferior. A better outlook early on will have greater changes in the future, so these Chapter that slowly builds that are the most exciting part to write.

Well, he did, but he's been doing that before he met Ben. That much we know. When he realized he can absorb the Omnitrix, he was excited and got a kick out of it, but he never went down the same road like in Ultimate Alien.

Ultimate Alien would be the one, OG he was still "sane" just was trapped in that form.

I had an interesting approach to this idea/Arc. So, since he's an SI, I feel like a part of him wouldn't directly suffer/subconsciously enter that sort of phase. But after the battle with All for One (yup plan on going there), with all the stuff that follows, I'd see hints of his mentality changing and his approach to things would be different. Wouldn't be such extreme lengths like Kevin, and would replace Izu in his Dark Phase in recent Chapters of the manga, i.e. going completely solo to "cleanse" his enemies. Just a thought.

So far, its either A) Yukio x Izuka, B) Ochaco and Tsuyu are added, C) Mei and Toga instead of Ochaco and Tsuyu. Those are the options I find most appealing.
