Yes this is definitely based on the novel Genius Doctor Black Belly Miss. They seem to have sped up the story progression and made some aspects of the narrative that happen later occur simultaneously with earlier story elements but over all I’m glad there was an attempt to make a comic of the story as it is one of the best transmigration novels I’ve read. This is Confusing, how is he older by 7min. and then the youngest? Later you say he is without a scar and his twin that’s impersonating him has one, but then soojin begins to have feelings for him and revoltion for the evil king twin. Yet once she call him her knight, in her love letter she refers to his scar. Yes, they are twins and yes they switched names and places, but if you establish that one has the scar feature and one does not, then be clearer about using those descriptors.
