Future Vilgax could charge punches with electricity, throw a green whip from one hand, shoot energy beams from his hands and throw bombs from the top of his arm, in addition to having Ben 10,000's movements within his DNA, making him know all of his movements.

So what elements from Earth are stronger than the element V besides vibranium and adamantium?

The proportional resistance of element V is only behind Adamantium and Vibranium among Earth's substances or is there something else that is also more resistant than it?

Is there any way for Harley to increase her mental energy? Would training alone work or does she need some support equipment similar to what Professor X has to amplify her mental powers?

Is it possible for Harley to give a command to make her atoms permanently become smart atmos or would this command be impossible due to requiring more mental energy than she has? Because this is probably the best command she can do, following what Star and Stripes did in MHA, she makes her body as strong as possible even if not at the level of All Might and used her second and last command to fight with more diversity, Harley can follow the same style, if she has enough for 2 commands and if she can turn her atoms into smart atoms permanently

Is MC a technological genius? He has the ocular lasers of Vilgax from the reboot, but Vilgax from the reboot was also a genius capable of designing his own version of the Omnitrix, the Antitrix, and he was Azmuth's assistant, so he was certainly highly qualified.

Will the MC system give him tools and powers from the entire multiverse with the exception of the DC and Ben 10 universes? Because if he gives objects and powers from these 2 universes this could generate some problems, for example, there being 2 of a single item such as 2 Omnitrix, 2 Ascalon or 2 Tridents of Atlantis
