According to this, they're actually Zhao Yonglian's daughters, the Duke's youngest brother (3rd branch of the Zhao family) who has been pulling the cart with the Duke and ML on it. So they would be cousins technically. 🤔 The terms for relationships are different in Asian cultures, so the direct translation of them calling Yiyan "Big Brother" makes it more confusing.
