It’s the mascot of a pharmacy store in Mexico City 🇲🇽 It was one of the methods use by the owner back in the 90s if I remember correctly to be more approachable to the people. In those years the medicine was very expensive and he was try to be a more affordable option to the people but he wasn’t being look good by the competition and was being trashed in the media as being cheap and because he’s medicine was cheap it most not be “good enough” compared to medicine 💊 prices from the competitors. But the years go by and his pharmacy reputation with the people improve and the costume gets to be the face of the business. Now they make little dolls with different colors, shapes, designs to sell and the people liked them, now if you go to a concert you can see people throwing the little guy to the singer on stage.
