as per Nasuverse lore. For a God, Godly Being or anything Divine to descend upon the mortal world. They have to become a Divine Spirit. Aka God + Human hybrid like how in Babylonia Singularity Ishtar use the body of Rin in that age as vessel. In Slaanesh's case, he used Nero's body as vessel. Thus taking a lot of her physical apperance. Then come Beast of Sodom which in the later part, borrowed her power to strengthen himself. Thus mixing Beas of Sodom's essence with himself. so, in the end. she is taking both Nero and Beast of Sodom's apperance as they now occupied a large portion of her new Soul/Saint Graph. her own soul had been mostly purified and weakened after Adam slayed her which is why her own influence is only the color scheme on her new appearance. that would be my lore based explanation. as for my personal reason. While art of Slaanesh exist. I don't really think they are suitable lore wise. as Slaanesh is basically killed. what left of her is fragment of his past godly self stitched together with some part of Beast of Sodom and Nero. Thus heavy influence of Nero is necessary.
as for Foreigners, anything or people outside of normal Earth like Eldritch Gods alike or as you said. just thing foreign from the Universe
