Im sure a lot of Chinese isn't racist, but just from what I've seen (only authors), a lot of Chinese authors are racist, and if not, looks down on other race aside from them, maybe they are actually not racist but just requires them to be because of their government, I don't know as well.

a lot of Chinese authors in itself are very racist not only to the black but to all the people aside from Chinese, but especially to the black. I see it so often that I don't even notice the racism sometimes, I just subconsciously ignore it, I only notice it when a lot of people point it out.

well yeah, but reading this to be entertained, mc joining straw hat just becomes boring, what will end up happening most of the time is either the mc is weak for most of the time so the plot is basically the same on the manga, or the mc will be strong so the mc just babysits the straw hat and the journey is still the same, so its boring

that is true... in a dream world, yes there is useless class, even if you have the highesy technique and max your class, if the opponent class is so op then it wont matter, hard work can only get you so far, because even in the real world this is the case. Hard work beats talent if the talent doesnt have hard work.

"party up" you are forgetting they are fighting alone first, hence "useless" a long range damage dealer who has limited fire power, cant protect himself/herself if close combat.... Context
