If it was, you would probably know that I was making fun of authors mistake (he might have written it as "fiery red" but then went back, changed red to white and forgot to delete "fiery"). There is no such thing as fiery white or fiery blue. Fiery is a shade of red. Just as we have color like "pitch black" but there is no "pitch white" because pitch is a black or dark substance obtained as a residue... well, you should get the point.
