u r right. toads tongue is five to six times faster than a human eye blink. however that is considering its small size. this toad is bigger. so it would need a lot more muscle mass to act as a spring for the tongue to have the same speed. so mostly at its size(assuming thats its big enough) its tongue would be rather slow for a tier 3 creature who had sufficient time to prepare for an ambush.🤔🤔 but i could be wrong too.
