As much as you would lile to push it Journey to the west is not a cultivation Novel. There is not a single refrence to any realms (foundation, refinement and such) at all, which is the hallmark of cultivaton novels.

Dude where are you getting all this i watched 3 different versions of the show growing up and a few movies about monkey king none of all of which refer to his transformation ability as magic/sorceryOr demon magic. I hope you know what cultivation means as there is Zero cultivation involved. The only time we see any realm breaking from Sun Wukong is when he ascended to become a buddah after the journey and i can say for 100% certainty that it ’s not from his shapshifting ability.

Pure BS. You seems to not know what you’re talking about. He does NOT draws power from 72 Fiends, it’s called the 72 transformations technique which lets Sun Wokong transforms into 72 animals. there’s no Cultivation realms nonsense at all, it’s all sorcery
