I very much doubt there is such a spirit. After all, in none of the DD novels, was there any bodily secretion spirit. Not a spit one, or vomit, nor sweat, and of course, no poop spirits. It also doesn't fit the rules on what can be a spirit. But most importantly, anyone who awakened a poop spirit would rather die than live with such a thing.

Soul masters mature much quicker though, physically and mentally. She's what, 12-13? As a spirit grandmaster, she should be physically in the late teens. He might want to wait, but neither Bibi Dong or Liu Erlong will wait a few years. Also:
