Zenith Greyrat Became My Main Wife!

'I have the power to destroy and create countless multiverses with a simple thought. Yet somehow I can't even get a woman to marry me.'

Those are the thoughts of an immortal man that goes by the name Flynn Greyrat. 

Flynn is what's known as a True Immortal. True Immortals are all-powerful beings who cannot truly die no matter what. Even if they are killed, they can instantly heal themselves or choose to reincarnate themselves to start a new life. If the second option is chosen, True Immortals can choose whether they want to be reborn from the womb or just transmigrate themselves directly into who or what they desire. 

Also it should be known that not all True Immortals are of the same tier of power. While death is not possible between them, a True Immortal has ways of making another one of their kind wish for death. 

Immortals are also immortal, but the difference between the two is that it's possible for an Immortal to truly be killed for good unlike True Immortals. Not to mention the overall gap in power, though that's not to say that some Immortals aren't powerful enough to contend against weaker True Immortals. 

Flynn has lived so many lifetimes that he's lost count of how many eons ago. While he's not a virgin by any means, for as long as he can remember in recent lifetimes he struggles in putting in effort in both finding and keeping a wife. It sounds absurd given his background, yet it's the truth. 

With his hobby of transmigrating into random people to ease his boredom, Flynn swore that in this life he will actually get married and stay married.

In order to ensure it happens, he decided to go a completely different route than his previous times. 

"So what do you do for a living sir?" This voice belonged to Sai, a man who is the owner of a slave market.

Yes that's right, Flynn is searching for a wife inside of the slave market. Truth be told Flynn has only been in the world for about 5 years, in this mortal form he's only about 22 years old. Both of his parents died the day before his transmigration into this body. Originally his name wasn't Flynn, but he took over the name to keep things simple. 

The reason Flynn chose this body is not only because the previous host had recently become an orphan. But the guy did not have much of a background, he had no friends and was a quiet person all around. The only thing of note is that Flynn wanted to follow in his parents footsteps by becoming a farmer. 

Appearance wise, Flynn has a very distinctive muscular physique. He is very tall standing at six feet and eight inches, long dark brown hair going past his shoulders with amethyst colored eyes. His face is cleanly shaved since he prefers having no beard or mustache. Flynn's attire is a beige shirt with blue pants and brown boots. Over his shirt is an opened black cloak, the hood being over his head.

"I'm a farmer." Flynn answered causally.

"A farmer? Hmmm excuse me if I'm being rude, good sir, but you don't seem the farming type." Sai replied in a polite tone. 

"Does it matter? I'm here for business, not pointless conversation." Flynn retorted coolly.

"Very well," Sai nodded his head, taking no offense to Flynn's attitude. With just a glance Sai can tell this guy can kill him before Sai even realizes what's going on. It's best not to get on his bad side. "Any particular slave you are looking for sir?" 

"An adult woman who can use magic, doesn't matter if she's a virgin or not." Flynn said bluntly.

"A magic user? Hmmm I have a good amount of demi-humans, beastkin, elves, dragon hybrids, orcs and several other races with women who can use magic. Unfortunately I only have a couple of human magic users in stock right now. 2 of them are women if I remember correctly." Sai replied. "Please follow me so you can choose."

Flynn nodded, he followed Sai as the slave owner led him to the back area. They walked down a long hallway, passing by huge areas that contain cells filled with slaves. Eventually they stopped and went into a particular room filled with slaves contained in cells, chains and magic nullification collars. 

"This is where we keep all of the slaves who are magic users, it starts off from the top quality slaves to fair quality then to low quality." Sai said.

He and Flynn walked as Sai told Flynn about the slaves starting from the top quality ones. This went on for some time as Sai tried to get Flynn interested in the more expensive slaves. Yet to his displeasure, Flynn didn't bat an eye at any of them. Even the fair quality slaves were basically ignored by him. 

"I'm afraid this is all we have in stock for now sir." Sai told Flynn as they just finished looking at the low quality slaves.

"Hmmmm." Flynn looked around and spotted one that was not mentioned by Sai. "No, who is that in the corner?" He pointed out.

Over in the last cell, there's a woman who seems to be around huddling in the corner. She seems to be around Flynn's age. It would be easy for most to not see her due to the woman being in the darkest spot in the whole cell. Flynn can sense that the woman is not in great health.

"Huh? Oh I forgot about her, instead of two we actually have 3 human women that are magic users. But sir I would suggest not buying her, she's honestly our worst product. Her magic reserves are weak, the only magic she knows is low level healing magic and she has an illness that is difficult to cure. We suspect she's going to die soon. Also to anyone who has shown interest in her, she's hostile towards them." Sai explained.

Regardless of everything he just heard, Flynn was interested for a couple reasons. One is even while suffering he can see the desire to survive within her eyes, along with a even fiercer desire for revenge. While this does interest Flynn, his main reason is because he actually knows the identity of this woman. At least the identity of her physical appearance.

'This world is more interesting than I thought, I knew it's a world filled with many different elements. But I didn't expect to come across Zenith Greyrat from Mushoku Tensei of all people as a slave.' Flynn smirked internally.
