You Are My Starlight

She dreamed of herself lying helplessly in bed, a tube inserted in her arm to draw blood. A bag of fresh blood was placed next to it — it was the blood that had just been drawn from her.

The air was filled with the smell of blood, giving one the feeling of hopelessness.

The man nodded.
