Restaurant?

It took a while for EMIYA to heal his disfigured face due to how bad the damage is if it wasn't for the fact Echidna healed his face it would have taken him forever to heal because his body wasn't the same as before, but a real body that is alive.

Lucifer refuses to heal EMIYA herself because he deserves it according to her.

After a few hours of walking, luckily they found a human civilization and not just some village or town but a city.

Before they went to the city. I told Lucifer to hide her horns for some obvious reason and reluctantly hid it away, for a devil showing their horns is a sign of pride and to hide it away is unpleasant.

But then again, Lucifer wasn't born a devil, she was just a fallen one, but still, it's a bit strange for her to hide her horns because it's been eons since she last hid them.

After hiding some of my members' inhuman traits, we went to the city only to be stared at by the people living in the place.

To be fair all of us aren't Japanese, except for EMIYA at least, but his current appearance was un-very Japanese-like, no one would realize that he's Japanese in the current timeline.

The Japanese were staring at us like we are some kind of animal from a zoo, which is quite uncomfortable.

It also has to do with our outfits. That's why almost everyone who passed by looked at me and my team.

This won't do, we have to get changed after that we went directly to a clothes shop, which was quite hard to find as the clothes shop in this timeline aren't as common as in the 20th century.

Money wasn't an issue because Lucifer could literally create money out of nothing, she only saw a bill once and she re-created and duplicated it for our use.

This was the first time that I wore a traditional Japanese outfit. I had a hard time wearing it.

I looked at myself in the mirror and was satisfied with my outfit, it was a dark kimono.

My inner weeb couldn't help but act up, it's hard to keep my act right, right now I've read wanna scream 'Bankai!'

But I've suppressed the urge, now I was waiting for them to finish.

The first one to come out was Jaune Arc, he wore a yellow kimono. If I didn't know that he's Jaune I would have thought that he's Zenitsu.

The second one was EMIYA. He wore a black-white kimono, and honestly, it looks perfect to him. Is this the benefit of being a hunk or a Japanese person? Maybe both.

Next was Echidna, she wore a mostly white kimono with a sakura petal design, it was a perfect blend with her looks.

Lastly, Lucifer, her majesty, wore a red kimono with a rose design, she looks stunning.

Everyone who was near the shop, including the staff, couldn't help but look at them with awe of how amazing they looked, especially the girls.

Now looking at my outfit, I couldn't help but feel like a mob compared to them, the main character.

Should I change my kimono..? Nah, this is better for me at least I'm not like them who had some color coding like they are some sort of power rangers.

Being a mob is good.

After getting out of the shop, it turns out Lucifer's kimono was the most expensive one in the shop, that's why she chose it.

How typical.

"I must admit that these clothes aren't half-bad." Lucifer complemented the kimono, she wasn't expecting much but to her surprise, she found the kimono pleasing.

"No comment on that." Echidna replied this wasn't the first time she wore a kimono since she visited Kararagi multiple times to help Hoshin make 'Metia'

(A/N: Kararagi a country from Re:Zero world it's like Japan from another world. Hoshin is a man from Japan who was one of the founders of creating Kararagi. Metia is an item that allows a person that doesn't have a gate to use magic, basically a magic item but modernized.)

Unlike the girls who were comfortable. Jaune wasn't he wasn't used to being looked at by a lot of people, their gaze was uncomfortable to him.

I noticed his uneasiness and spoke. "You'll be fine, you'll get used to it eventually so pay no heed to them."

This was based on my experience. That's why I gave him advice, paying attention to minor details such as this would only make you more uncomfortable, but at least they are just looking, unlike with my experience they were talking behind my back.

"I guess so..?" Jaune was still unconvinced but he was a bit better at hearing my advice.

EMIYA didn't exactly give a fuck, they can stare all they want, he would only respond to those who are a threat to him, for example, Lucifer had been eyeing her since she disfigured his face.

He was cautious of her, he didn't want to experience the same thing again, so he was fully alert when it comes to Lucifer.

It's hard to believe how a short woman like her could kick his ass a thousand times, but he experienced it first hand, he'd be digging his own grave if he agitated her any further.

We decided to eat at the best restaurant in the city to discuss their plans further because they don't have the slightest clue of where they could find the system user.

While waiting for our food to arrive. I spoke. "So, any suggestions on how do we find that target of ours?"

EMIYA started tapping his fingers on the table before saying. "We need information about that person, which is difficult because we don't have a clue of their appearance or where they are, we have zero clues at all."

Hearing this from EMIYA. I nodded in agreement, true for the most part, they weren't told of the appearance of the system user, for the group chat only transported them into the world where that system user is, but not where they are.

But the clues weren't exactly zero to be honest because if it's a system user, it would be impossible to stay low-key or unknown.

"I don't think our clues are zero if my guess is right that the system user is either a demon slayer or a demon. I'm sure of that." To be fair the details of the mission did say that the system user would break the balance so it's kind of obvious that the system user is between those sides.

"Exactly, but it would still be difficult to find the right information…" Echidna gave her opinion.

Jaune was also thinking, but couldn't think of an idea.

"Say, is this system bound with the user's soul?" Lucifer asked.

"Yes, It's bound to the user's soul." If those novels were accurate then, the system is bound with their souls.

"Then that makes it easier then. I can detect if something is wrong with a mortal soul. I need to see that mortal and I'd know they would be the target." Lucifer stated.

Good, with a detector this mission is in the bag, it's only a matter of time before we do this.

Then I suddenly remembered something about EMIYA, he could smell something that isn't human, so detecting demons isn't going to be a problem.

Then their food arrived. EMIYA was the first to dig in and he frowned at the taste, it was obvious that he didn't like it among us, he was the expert when it comes to cooking.

"This tuna isn't fresh, and the inside is still raw, the oil didn't blend with its meat..!" He started rambling about the food.

I couldn't help but sweat at his rumblings, then I tried to eat the tuna, and it was adequate, there was nothing wrong with it at least for me.

I wasn't a picky eater, to begin with, I'm the kind of person that eats anything edible except for those bitter but edible foods.

The rest of his group was also fine with the food. Jaune didn't comment anything about the food and just ate them in silence, while Echidna didn't really care, to her food is something that keeps one alive.

Lucifer was curious since it was her first time eating a Japanese dish, it was adequate in her book.

Then suddenly while they were eating EMIYA dropped his chopsticks loud enough for us to hear.

"Okay, I've decided! Let's make a restaurant."

I was surprised by this rushed decision that EMIYA made, and couldn't help but say. "Why?"

"Since we are going to stay in this world for quite some time, why not make an establishment? It's also a good way to create connections and information gathering, plus we would have an excuse of where our money came from if the authorities ask us about it." EMIYA stated the benefits of having a restaurant.

Okay, what he said makes sense but I couldn't help but feel like, he just wanted to cook, also why a restaurant? I mean there are many things out there to get information about Demon Slayers and Demons.

I crossed my arms and said. "It does make sense...guys what do you think..?"

"I have no problem here."

"Ditto."

"If it helps, sure."

Then it was decided they are going to establish a restaurant.
