Chapter 1Prolouge

[3rd pov]

A young man of 18 y/o is sleeping on what seem to be a hospital bed and cables are wired to him to monitor his health condition.

[Mc's pov]

Hello! You all must be wondering who I am and why I am here. As for who I am, it doesn't matter as I will not live for much longer and reason why I am here is because of a fucking accident that happened 2 years ago.

[Flash back]

My mother and father don't along very well. Growing up, I haven't seen a single day when they haven't fought with each other.

Lately, they escalated so much that they decided to get a divorce, which I don't really care as our relationship is quite strained for a couple of years.

Today, they're going to get their divorce finalized and to see who gets my guardianship, not that I care either way.

While we are travelling, suddenly a speeding truck filled with heavy load hit us. That was my last memory before I lost my consciousness.

(Few days later)

I woke up to see a man in a white coat who might be my attending doctor. I tried to move only to come to a horrifying realization that I can't feel my legs, in fact I can't feel my lower body. Seeing my panic, the doctor starts talking to me.

"It's good to see you awake, young man. You must be confused and have many questions, ask them." Said the doctor.

"What happened? Why can't I feel my lower body?" I asked.

"The Accident caused some severe damage to your spine, due to which your lower body is completely paralyzed. Also, I regret to inform you that your parents died in that accident." Said the doctor.

'Damm! I don't know how to react to that. Sure, we had a really strained relationship, but to know that they died feels kinda sad. Let's deal with that later, first I need to know more about my condition' thinking that I asked the Doctor "Doctor can my condition be treated. How long do I have to stay."

"Well need a surgery to fix, but chances of success are less than 30% and failure means you will die within 24 hours. Even then, you need to wait two years to perform surgery. Currently, you are not strong enough to last the surgery. I advise you to stay here for next two years." Said doctor.

"Ok, doctor" I said.

[End of Flashback]

I just had that surgery a few hours ago. Guess what, the surgery failed, and I am on death's door. All the struggle I endured is meaningless now.

I hope I get reincarnated and have a nice life in new world like those animes, mangas, and novels.

I feel drowsy and my consciousness is fading away rapidly. I guess this is it, I am going to depart the land of living now.

Pokemon Alternate Universe Adventures

A man from an Earth gets the choice to start over in any Universe and chooses an Alternate Pokemon Universe. Let us see if his journey to the top is succesful and the impact he will have on his new world. Pokemon is owned by Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc. I just use their sandbox for the plot of my MC and my OCs. This will be a "slow" paced story, in fact it's "super slow paced", so please don't expect the MC to directly start his journey in 20 chapters or so, actually multiply that by like 15. If I am at some point asking for reader input I will do so but otherwise I will ignore most suggestions. So please don't spam things like catch this pokemon or do that next. I have my plot planned and external input will be considered when asked for. If I see a suggestion that I believe fit my plot flow I will use it and will credit the commentor. Comments on spelling and grammar mistakes are welcome. I will try to correct said mistakes with time. Constructive criticism will be read and considered. Insult and hate comments will be ignored or deleted depending on severity. Readers naturally can comment their dislike but one worders will be ignored. If the reason for the dislike is explained I will read it. Like previously mentioned pure insults and hate comments will be ignored or deleted.
