Tyler's Journey to the Apex (Multi x Crossover Fanfiction)

This story follows our MC named Tyler Myers. He was a hardcore otaku, and liked the novels and anime where the MC was an otaku, because he could identify himself with those the most. Of course he also read "normal" novels like Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and even some Chinese xinxia & wuxia.

Recently though his eyes had been opened to a whole new world, the world of fanfiction, he loved the reincarnation in your favorite anime/novel with cheat ability the most. Who would have thought that it would one day actually happen to him?

He certainly never expected to die because some idiot mistook the "nuclear launch" button for the "test nuclear launch" button and he expected even less that he would be reincarnated with a System!!!

He was ecstatic this was every otaku's wet dream!! Apparently he reincarnated in a world where might makes right and immortal cultivators reigned supreme, as the only son of the Huang family head. His new name was Tyler Huang strangely he kept his first name. With the help of the system, he reached the apex of cultivation within 203 years. Of course he also had a harem of heavenly beauties.

Never would he have thought that the system was using him this whole time!! In the last moment before he could break through and reach a whole new realm never before seen in the world the system attacked his soul and took over his body taking everything he owned, everything he was! And the worst thing was that no one would ever know, even his harem of heavenly beauties wasn't spared. He died once more vowing to return and take revenge, this was not his end.

He reincarnated again, this time as a wizard in what he could only identify as the Harry Potter world. The system was gone of course, and he thought to himself good riddance he didn't want to be controlled by anyone anymore. He tried using his previous cultivation techniques, but it was no use, this world had too little heavenly energy, he could not advance past the soul reconstruction stage. Even still, being the only cultivator in that world put him on top of the food chain. He amassed all the worlds treasures, becoming the master of death and was treated like a god, eventually marrying and creating a family. Too bad he raised an unfilial son who was overwhelmed by greed and assassinated him in order to obtain his treasures. Not wanting to let his unfilial son get what he wanted he absorbed the resurrection stone making sure no one except himself could ever become the master of death again.

Reincarnating for the third time, this time with the resurrection stone from the Harry Potter world along for the ride, he found himself in what seemed like modern japan.

This time however, he had taken over the body of a recently deceased teen instead of growing up from a baby. He was disappointed to find out that this world did not have any heavenly energy and thus he was completely unable to cultivate. Not one to be discouraged though, he used the item from the Harry Potter world that had fused with his soul to become the greatest detective to ever live, solving murder case after murder case. Eventually he stumbled upon something he never expected on a murder scene he was investigating. For the fist time in years he felt the world laws, death laws to be exact, something that should not exist in a world with no heavenly energy. He worked tirelessly for 6 years to track down the death laws origins, and eventually stumbled upon a man who was in possession of a death note! This whole time he had no idea he was in the death note world! Since the man did not want to reveal the death note's existence, he naturally wanted to kill Tyler. Too bad he didn't know his name! Resorting to taking things in his own hands, he took out a gun and shot Tyler. Naturally Tyler wouldn't go down without a fight and shot back with his own gun, hitting the man in the heart which killed him instantly. Unfortunately Tyler was also fatally wounded and wouldn't survive long. In his last moments he suddenly got an idea! He picked up the death note and wrote his own name in it along with writing that his soul would separate from his body, fuse with the death note and be reincarnated in a world with lots of heavenly energy! His last ditch effort worked, the death note fused with him and his soul was whisked away through the void!
