Chapter 1 - How to Prepare for a Zombie Apocalypse Part 1 ___________________________________________________________________________

I open my eyes, looking up a wooden ceiling, I realise that I'm in an unknown room, so I got up from the bed.

Weird.....

Anyways, I take a moment to collect myself and gather my thoughts, I tried to remember how I got here, but it seems I have no recollection whatsoever.

Then I looked around the room, I see an envelope above the desk, near the bed. When I took a closer look, the envelope seemed very bulky, so I thought it contained money and me being the greedy guy that I am, I quickly went towards the desk and opened the envelope but instead of a huge bundle of money that I was expecting, I found an I.D card containing someone's credentials but then I looked closely, it had my face on it, but the name was different.

Similarly, I looked at the rest of the stuff the envelope contained, it included some papers one of them being a bank statement with an account opened on the name I found on the I.D card from before. While the other one was ownership papers on a house which I assume is the house that I'm currently in. It also had a debit card and attached to it was a small sticky note which read; "Debit card passcode: ****."

'The fuck is this supposed to mean and why the fuck does the I.D card have my face in it, and the name on the I.D is western while the nationality says Japanese?'

All of a sudden my vision starts turning black and I get a headache, this headache starts to intensify and I started seeing some visions, no.... not visions, but memories, memories of Alex Snowden. One by one I saw his memories of going to school, his birthday party, playing with kids and attending the funeral of his parents who died from a car crash a few months back.

This continued for how much time I cannot tell, but it seems that now I have to accept the fact that I died and got reincarnated in japan on 9th October 2009. I have a fortune due to my parent's life insurance. After the death of my parents I wanted to start things over again so, with the money the insurance company gave and with the will my parents left which included a property in a city called Tokonosu city where I decided to move and start my life anew. So I applied to Fujimi Academy the local high school of the city and got accepted by passing the entrance exams with flying colours.

"Sigh~! My parents died in this life as well similar to my old one. Sucks that this time around too, I got no family." I mutter to myself looking at the photo frame next to my bed that continued a picture of this Alex guy as a kid with his parents.

'Alex had the same personality, past and the same appearance as me from my old life, the only difference is our country of origin and name, the guy was half Japanese from his mother's side. Which explains his name being western instead of Japanese. I guess his father choose a western name for the guy. Makes sense because if you try to combine a Japanese and western name together it comes out weirdly. Though I for one would I have liked a full Japanese name.'

I went to the wardrobe when I opened it, I saw a neatly ironed military styled Japanese gakuran uniform and trousers.

'Fujumi Academy huh…... I feel like I heard it from somewhere, but where did I hear the name? And these uniforms look familiar, but where did I see it? Wait now I remember, I've seen it in an anime. Highschool of the Dead.'

"Holy fucking shit!!!! I'M IN AN ANIME AND ONE WITH HOT WOMEN WITH BIG BOOBS..." I yelled out excitedly, but soon I realized this world is not only a man's paradise, but also soon going to be full of freaking Zombies.

'Sigh~! Why couldn't it be just a normal anime series?'

'Okay, first I have to figure out if I got any powers or gifts and then I have to find out when the canon starts.'

'Good thing I was a heavy watcher of anime in my old life, after my parents died anime was the thing that helped me cope with my everyday life.'

'Hmm now then, Highschool of the Dead was released in 9th October 2010 if we're going by the logic that the release date is the same as the date of anime canon date, then, I'd say I'm just 1 year before the canon.'

'Heh, this gives me enough time to train in some martial arts, swordsmanship and marksmanship, that way I can defend against the zombies or opposing humans when the apocalypse kicks off.'

'After all in the apocalypse where the rules of human society will no longer apply, humans will fight against each other for resources, its every man and women for themselves. So Zombies won't be the only problem I would face.'

'But first I have to set up a solid foundation to get my body built up which is nothing that can't be fixed. Through Saitama's workout plan I would get a solid foundation built up that is if I'm going by anime logic.'

'I have to get close to the girls I want in my future harem, after all Highschool of the dead is literally a world made to have a harem, it would be a waste if I don't take advantage of that, also I'm doing the world a favour, during the apocalypse the repopulation of the human species will become a must.'

'Saeko Busujima is a must have and Saya Takagi is going to be hard with her tsundere attitude but I'll find a way. I mean I like smart girls such as herself, though I might have to discipline her a little bit since she's too arrogant and stuck-up most of the time.'

'As for Rei Miyamoto well, that bitch is disloyal as fuck, she started seeing Takeshi's best friend behind his back when they were dating, so no way am I putting my dick in a women like that, she belongs to the street. The Zombies can have her for all I care.'

Musing myself out of my thoughts, I went towards the desk and opened a drawer which contained my laptop, then I quickly opened it and connected to the internet, searched for good life hacks and tips for surviving in the wild without the use of modern technology.

After of few hours of browsing and watching videos I started to notice that I understood everything with relative ease, I remembered every single detail contained in the articles I read about or videos I watched online.

I started wondering; 'Was I always this good at memorising things?'

"If great intellect and perfect memory is my superpower I'm going to kill myself." I say to myself sarcastically.

But then I realized that I can use this for my advantage, I can learn all the maps of the world and everything needed for me to survive as the Zombie apocalypse starts. I can learn my sword skills and techniques with ease, I can learn and memorise martial art stances with a single glance.

"Damn if I could exploit the shit out of this new ability of mine, I can adapt, overcome and win over any situation that comes my way."

I continued browsing on the net about how to make guns, tips on firing guns, things I could eat in the wild and herbs I could use for medicinal purposes if needed, I also studied some maths and physics so I don't get a hard time at school when I start studying these subjects, it's always good to be prepared.

After I finished a video on tips for fishing, I noticed the time on the clock, it was way past midnight.

"I should go to bed now, I don't want to be late for school after all." I say to myself with yawn.

-Next Day-

I woke up early at about 6am.

Just after waking up I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, took a bath and afterwards went to the kitchen to make some breakfast. I was really hungry after all, I didn't eat anything last night.

I took the cereal from the cupboard and poured into a bowl, then took the packet of milk from the fridge and poured the milk into the bowl, mixed it up then started eating my bowl of cereal calmly.

After finishing my breakfast I went upstairs back to my room to get dressed up for school.

While I was wearing my uniform I noticed a small sheet of paper in the pocket of my trousers, so I took it out and read its contents

In it contained information about the class I'm in, with a timetable and a map of the school.

"This is definitely going to be useful, good thing I found it in my trousers."

According to the paper, I was in class 1A. Meaning I might be able to meet Saya very easily during classes as Class 1A is for the top students in the School. Good thing the old Alex was smart as fuck.

Note to self, remember to join the kendo club, if I want to have any chance of seducing Saeko I need to be close to her after all. I also will need to beat her in a kendo match. That way she'll start respecting me as a fellow swordsman and from there I can start building my relationship with her slowly.

- Later -

"So this is Fujimi Academy....." I say admiring the large four stories tall building before me.

I head inside the school and went towards the headmaster's office, since on the note it said to meet the headmaster before going to my class. After meeting him, I went to the staff room to meet my class teacher.

"You, Alex Snowden?" The teacher says, raising an eye brow.

"Yes sir, that I am, it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." I say with a polite smile.

The teacher responded with a nod and said "Follow me."

Then I followed the teacher to my class.

"Enter when I tell you to enter." The teacher says to me before entering the class.

After 2 minutes the teacher called me in and said; "Come in Snow and introduce yourself to the class."

When I entered the classroom all eyes were on me, everyone was waiting for me to introduce myself.

I was already used to things such as this in my old life, so their constant gaze didn't deter me one bit. I walked up to the middle of the white board and started my introduction.

"Hello, my name is Alex Snowden, you can just call me Alex, my hobbies are reading and watching movies, it's a pleasure to meet all of you." I finish my introduction confidently while doing a small Japanese bow.

As I scanned the room for an empty seat, I found two empty seats, both was next to a girl with long pink hair that was tied in two pony tails on both sides, the girl noticing my gaze on her, narrowed her fiery orange eyes at me; she inspected me from head to toe, then glanced away focusing on the view outside the window, next to her.

I slowly walked to the empty seat near to the pick haired girl and seated on it and turned my gaze to where she was and said. "Hi, it's nice to meet you, hope we get along."

She says nothing in response but nods and looks at the teacher, as the class started.

'Damn didn't think Saya would be this cold and unresponsive to my words. But I guess it makes sense, as for now I'm just the new kid in the class, I'm sure over time she'll warm up to me.' I thought with a frown on my face, looking at Saya.

*Ding Dong Ding dong...*

After the literature class ends, I heard the bell ring again but this time the bell sounded different than the others so I'm assuming it was meant for lunch break, seeing some people opening their packed lunch boxes in class.

'So the bells sounds are different for lunch time, unlike from my previous life school. Maybe it's a Japanese thing.' I thought curiously.

Later, I went straight to the cafeteria and as I was about to enter, somebody called out my name.

"Snowden right? You're a new student, so how did you know where the cafeteria was, by the way my name is Saya Takagi I'm the class president so it was my job to show you around, don't think I'm doing this out of kindness, I'm doing this out of obligation, nothing more, nothing less." Saya says with a haughty expression on her face.

"The school sent a map of the place with my schedule and it was easy to memorise." I say calmly while eying out Saya's body.

She had a slender figure, but damn those tits look big, how I would give anything to fondle and suck them dry.

'Control your lust Alex, soon we'll fondle those Heavenly melons to our hearts content, but for now I must learn to control myself. '

'I got to be patient when seducing girls, patience is the key to these things, according to the multiple VN games I played.'

"Oh you actually read that not that many people spends time reading things like manuals I guess you were not lying about your hobby being reading." Saya says surprised and with a smile, not noticing me ogling her body.

'Well it's been my hobby since last night so it still counts as a hobby right?' I thought.

"Maybe you could still show me around the school, as just by reading the map won't give me every bit of information and who knows maybe we can get to know each other better while we're at it." I respond to Saya with an expectant smile.

"Hump, I don't have time for such things, since you know your way around here, my job here is done." Saya says rolling her eyes at my response.

As I was about to enter the cafeteria I saw her leave for the classroom. "Are you not going to get anything to eat?" I asked curiously.

"I brought my own lunch and just followed you here to see whether you found your way to the cafeteria or not, now I'll be on my way, I have some work to do." Saya says with a stoic face leaving the cafeteria.

I went to the cafeteria and ordered some high quality food, didn't care if the food was expensive or not, because who knows when I'll be able to enjoy such food after the apocalypse starts in a year, might as well enjoy the best food I can. Besides my parents left quite the hefty sum of money for me, they left 50 million dollars in my care, which is about 5 billion Japanese yen, I'm rich either way. Might as well enjoy the benefits.

After eating, I went back to the classroom

After school ended, I saw everyone leave the class either for home or club activities. Seeing as I had nothing to do in school after classes I went back home.

- Later -

'I want to do more research and build up my body before starting martial arts and swordsmanship.' I thought sitting on my bed.

So with that thought in mind, I started doing push-ups. My limit was 15 push-ups, if I go beyond 15 my muscles start cramping.

After doing my push-ups for the day, I started searching online for a jogging court or a park to start my running exercises, this is to increase my overall stamina. After all, I don't want to get tired easily while being chased my zombies, also I would need a lot of stamina if I want to satisfy everyone women in my future harem.

Later I browsed up a shopping website on my laptop and started ordering things like dumbbells and other sorts of weights, but I didn't get too crazy with my spending's on the weights as I don't want to be too macho(muscular). I also bought a headset and the new iPhone 3GS which got released into the market this year. (A/N Remember, it's 2009)

The stuff I ordered arrived in about 4 hours, by that time I had already done my homework and after eating some snacks from the fridge, I once again did some more push-ups and this time I decided to take a risk and do 17 push-ups. Thankfully, I was able to do the exercise without feeling any cramps, I know it's not much progress but it's something after all Rome wasn't built on a single day.

'It seems I have my work cut out for me, I have to work very hard to get into good shape in this one year's time that I have.'

After the stuff I bought online arrived, I first plugged in the charger to my iPhone. Then I started using the weights but I couldn't keep it up for more than 13 minutes as after that my muscles cramped.

Anyways, after some thinking I made a schedule;

| Morning- wake up early and go jogging and after that have breakfast and go to school

After school- go straight home eat meat for protein and do some exercise and work out for about 3 hours and rest of the night is for studying and doing research on things for the apocalypse.

While Saturday and Sunday is for martial arts and Swordsmanship practice and marksmanship If possible. |

-Later-

After I finished planning my schedule, I went to the grocery store to get some fresh meat and some fresh fruits.

As I was window-shopping my way through the meat section of the store, my eyes caught the sight of a strikingly beautiful purple haired woman browsing through the fruit section which was to my left, she had fair skin, sapphire-like blue eyes, and a voluptuous figure that would put most women to shame. I was deeply enchanted with her beauty and body, it was as if I was looking at a Goddess.

I contemplated for a minute whether I should talk to her or not, nodding my head I decided to try my luck on her and went to her direction.

"Hi, this is extremely random, but I think your super cute in that yukata." I said to the purple haired beauty.

The woman looked at me frozen for a second then with a smile she responded "Haha thank you for your compliment."

"Snowden, Alex Snowden that's my name, may I know the your name?" I say taking the woman hands gently and kissing it with a charming smile.

"Your look quite good too Snowden, and as for my name it's Saeko Busujima, pleasure to make your acquaintance." Saeko says with a small bow

" Pleasure to meet you as well." I reply with my own small bow.

"Is there going to be a festival?" I asked curiously.

"No, not one I know of at least. Why do you ask?" Saeko asked me.

Well that's because your wearing a Yukata. My mother told me in Japan, nowadays most people wear a yukata to go to festivals, so I was just curious." I said.

"Oh, your mother is right these days most women in Japan wear a yukata for mostly festivals, as for why I'm wearing it, well my mother always used to wear a yukata and I suppose I always loved seeing her wearing one, that's why I wear one to remember her by." Saeko says with sad smile.

"Ah, I'm sorry for your loss Saeko, I lost my mother a few months ago to a car accident so I understand how you feel."

"Saeko?" Saeko asks tilting her head.

"Shit! I forgot you guys use last names when addressing each other in Japan, sorry I messed up hehe " I say rubbing the back of my head with a nervous smile.

"No, it's quite alright Snowden, I assume it's your first time knowing these things afterall. I forgive you." Saeko says shaking her head with an amused smile.

"Not really, my mother was a Japanese, she used a lot of these Japanese honorifics even in the states, but sadly I always forget." I said rubbing the back of head.

To this Saeko raises an eyebrow, "Oh your half Japanese then, so that's why you have a perfect Japanese accent."

"Yeah I get that a lot, especially today." I say with a sigh.

"Today? That's very specific, may I ask why?" Saeko asks with a curious expression on her face.

"Err, well, that's because I just entered this school called Fujumi academy and many students and some teachers said the same thing you said." I say.

"Oh you're a student there too." Saeko says with a nod.

"Too?" I asked, acting like I didn't know she was in the same school as me.

Yeah it just happens, I'm also a student there, a second year. What about you Snowden?" Saeko asked.

"We'll I'm a first year, Class 1A." I replied.

"Umm, Busujima may I call you by your first name, I'm not used to this last name thing." I said

"Sure if I don't mind." Saeko replied.

"We'll I guess we'll meet at school, if we run into each other, and by the way are you in a club." I asked.

"Yes, I'm a member of the Kendo Club." Saeko answered.

"Oh, I guess that makes sense, you do have a samurai kind of a vibe." I said to her reply.

"So are you good at swords?" I asked.

"We'll yes currently there's nobody that can match me in the club." She said with a proud look.

"Oh, that's very nice, I also have taken Swordsmanship as a hobby due to my father's love of swords and melee weapons." I lied.

"Why don't we have a match, so I can test how good you are." She said.

"We'll why not, but I won't be able to do it too soon since I started it recently." I said

"Oh, we'll come to the Kendo Club when you're ready, don't make me wait too long." Saeko said with a smile.

Why don't we make it even better by making a bet, like if I win well maybe go to the movies or something like that, of course that's if I win." I said.

"Sure if you can win against me I'll do that and I don't want anything from you if you lose so no need to worry." She said confidentiality.

Then I look at the time on my wrist, it was 8:46; "Well I have to go home and cook some food, so by." I said as i went out of the convenience store and went towards home.

-Later-

I first placed all the meat in the freezer and fruits and vegetables and drinks in the fridge.

I decided to start trying swordsmanship to see if my fast understanding can apply here too.

Then, I started to browse Swordsmanship techniques and some martial arts.

I practiced swordsmanship with the broomstick for 1 hour. In this one hour I got to know the basics stances for swordsmanship. 'I should buy a Shinai or two, this broomstick is not very good.' I thought to myself

After that, I did some exercises which was needed for martial arts and practiced them for 80 minutes. I was about to some breathing techniques and ways to speed up my moment in this 80 minutes.

I was able to grasp the concept very easily.

When I finished I was tired and covered with sweat from head to toe. So I went to the bathroom and took a bath.

After finishing my bath, I went to the kitchen and took some beef out of the freezer and put them in water to let it unfreeze while I started chopping some vegetables to cool it with.

I then cooked the food and ate it.

Later, I browsed through some building techniques and how to build something good to live in the forest or other thing's. I also ordered some canned food used by NASA for their space missions created by private company and also ordered some canned food used by soldiers too.

Then, I started studying how to build and disarm traps. And while I was on it I just remembered I has to learn how to be stealthy as zombies respond to sound. So I decided to add that to the schedule.

After all the research I decided to go to sleep early today to go for jogging tomorrow morning.

-The Next Day-

I woke up early at 5:40 AM and went jogging with my headset on me to get some good music. I jogged for a good 2 kilometres and went home and took a bath.

After that, I made breakfast consisting of eggs, beacon, bread and some banana's. Then i got ready to go to school by wearing my uniform then I thought; 'These uniform's are cool and all but I have to find some good and cool clothes for the Z-Day, something which I can be safe and comfortable in.

-Later-

I just arrived at school and I bumped into Kōichi Shidō.

"Sorry." I said

"Look where your going you first year." Shido said in a irritated tone and went towards the staff room.

'Wow, I just met him and even now I don't like him even one bit, well for now he's on the to kill list.' I said to myself.

Then, I went to my class room and class went on as normal. Sometimes I try to talk to Saya but she either ignores me or says; "Don't disturb me I have thing's to do." Or; "don't talk in class time." Even when teacher was not in the classroom.

After class i would go home and do my normal routine and like that 3 weeks went by.

|-3 Weeks Time Skip-|

In this 3 weeks I had almost no progress with Saeko but I'm got somewhat good with Saya, now she isn't fully irritated or annoyed by me talking to her and sometimes answer back to me normally.

I made a lot of progress with my body, now I'm able to do 40 push-ups which is very close to my goal of doing 100 push-ups with ease. I am also able to run 4 kilometres but am not able to do more as if I do more I'll be late to school but in Saturday's and Sunday's I do 5 kilometres. I still haven't gotten any special abilities so I gave up on that thought as I'm happy with my easy understanding with everything and memory.

Right now it is Friday morning, I just got home after jogging. I went to the bathroom and took a bath.

Then, I heated some pizza leftovers I bought yesterday, ate them and got ready for school.

-Later-

I'm currently in Biology class, now studying about the heart, when class was ending the teacher said;

"Okay we will do a group work in pairs to find as much information about the heart as possible and make a presentation, the pair who makes the best presentation will get extra credit." The teacher said with enthusiasm.

"Sir how will we decided who to pair up with?" A student in the front row asked the teacher.

"Hmmm, how about we decide it like this, the person who is left side of you is paired up with you." The teacher suggested and every student nods in agreement.

As there is no seat left side of me due to the window seat I looked to my right where Saya was at.

"well, it seems we're paired up for this task so lets discuss what to do after school." I say to Saya.

"Hump, it can't be helped since the teacher paired us up so I'll make sure to make the best presentation ever so you better except to work for it too, I won't let you slack off till we make a perfect presentation." Saya said in her normal tsundere style.

"Okay see you later then, let's talk more detailedly about this after school." I said to Saya with a nonchalant wave as I get ready for my next class.

-Later-

School just ended and many students like us stayed to talk about what to do next while some students just exchanged their mail address to do call them for the presentation.

"So Saya what's the plan, should we make the presentation in my house or your house?" I asked her tilting my head.

"Huh? Why should I go to your house." Saya says twitching her eyebrows.

"Oh, so you're inviting me to your house then?." I said teasing her.

"It's not like that, it's just that we have to make a presentation so we have to do it in one of our homes so it can't be helped." Saya says with a little blush forming on her face.

"We could do it at a cafe or a restaurant." I suggested to Saya.

"Doing it there is not a good idea, it's better to do it at the comfort's of a home." She replied denying my suggestion.

"Okay, so how about we exchange mails, to discuss more about this." I asked her.

"Fine this is only for the sake of our presentation." She says while writing down her mail on a piece of paper. "Here's my mail and phone number, don't call or message me for unnecessary stuff okay." She said while glaring her eyes at me.

"So are we deciding to do it at your house?" I asked to confirm it.

"Yes, write down your number in this piece of paper." She says as she gives a light yellow piece of paper. "I'll call you about when and where tomorrow." She says.

After the discussion I went home to do my regular exercise. While I was eating my food I got a message form Saya.

Saya: (Hi, this is Saya, is this Alex Snowden?)

Alex: (Yeah this is Alex, so why did you message me so early, did you decide the time and day.)

Saya: (No it's just my parents wanted to confirm something so they asked me to ask you the names of your parents if you're okay with it.)

Alex: (Sure I don't mind, my mother's name is Yumiko Snowden and my father name is Henry Snowden.)

It took some time for her next reply to come.

Saya: (Okay what was your mother's family name?)

Alex: (Naruse.)

Saya: (Okay thanks for that and you should come to the address I'm sending tomorrow by 9 AM, and call me before you enter the house while you're outside.)

Saya: (Address: X Street, xxxxxxx)

After that I continued my normal schedule as usual.

-The Next Day-

After my usual morning jogging, I ate some cereal with milk. And did some exercise before doing Swordsmanship practice with my new Shinai. Next would be to practice self defence arts but today I have to go to Saya's house.

'Should I go by taxi or should I walk all the way there.' I thought to myself.

"Guess I'll walk there as I'm already missing my self defence practice I should at least get some running time." I said to myself.

"Before going I have to check if I have everything I want with me, let's see mobile phone check, wallet check, laptop in my bag along with charger mouse and headset check and lastly good casual clothes check." I checked everything and went towards the door to go on my way to Saya's house.

-Later-

Now I'm standing infront of Saya's house...... correction Saya's mansion.

'well Saya did say to call her when I'm outside her hime, guess I'll do that now.' I thought to myself.

*Phone ringing*

[Hello who is this] Saya asked.

[Hey it's Alex, if you would have saved my number you should have known.] I replied to her.

[So, your infront of our house?] Saya asked

[Yep.] I replied to her.

[Okay I'm going to get you, but before we begin working on our presentation my parents want to talk to you so we'll start at 11 AM.] She says while ending the call.

After few minutes Saya arrived to the gate to bring me in.

"Any guess what your father wants to talk about?" I asked Saya.

"No, they haven't told me anything, but my guess is that they might know your parents since they asked for their name when they heard your family name." Saya replied.

"Yeah I have the same guess as you." I said to Saya.

We walked through the gate, then got into the mansion. Where I was greeted by Saya's parents Yuriko Takagi and Souichirō Takagi.

"It's good to finally meet you Alex Snowden, I am Souichirō Takagi and this is my wife Yuriko Takagi. You might be wondering why we asked about your parents right" Souichirō greeted me.

"Hmm, yeah." I said.

"Well that's because we knew them and wanted to make sure it was them." Said Yuriko.

"So how do you know them I know that mother is from japan and from this city so it's not hard to believe that but my father is from America so how do you know them and the last time they went to Japan I was with them and they didn't mention you guys." I explained.

"Well me and your mother were childhood friends and sister's all in but blood, the first time I saw her was at elementary school, we had very similar names so we got along very well. And about your father do you know what his occupation was?" Yuriko asked me.

"Well he says he worked for a security agency but when I was at middle school I found out that he worked at the military, and the last job he had involved NASA." I said remembering my past.

"Hmm, it seems you knew. Okay very well in that case it should be very easy to explain, once I went to America for a meeting and was attacked by an assassin and your father saved me and later found out the relationship between my wife and your mother, the rest is classified but you know the rest." Said Souichirō in a calm manner.

"we found out a few months ago that they had a accident and died, but we didn't knew you were alive until our daughter brought up your name." Said Yuriko.

"Well enough of that, why don't you get inside." Said Souichirō.

After that we got in and went to the dining room to get something to eat.

"So is there any thing you don't like to eat or have any allergies to." Asked Yuriko.

"Well I'll eat anything as long as it has no pork or mushrooms." I said (A/N: the only thing I thought of)

"Hmm, okay how about some lamb stake with some mashed potatoes, I know that's something your father liked." Said Souichirō.

"I'm okay with it." I said.

"So tell us how have you been after the incident and how it happened if you don't mind." Asked Yuriko.

"Well it happened when my parents said they had to deliver something to NASA and went to their base and after that, I found out that they had a accident. So I went to the hospital they got admitted to and then when I got there the hospital staff said they were dead. After that I stopped going to school and after a few days a note came from the bank stating my parents will along with the money from their life insurance. So since I had all that money I decided to come here where my mother lived to get a fresh start." I explained to them my sob story according to the memories I received, whilst putting up a sad smile on my face.

After that we ate and I went to a room in order to do my project with Saya.

"You said you didn't go to school for a few months so can you catch up to what we have in class?" Saya asked.

"Don't worry I finished highschool syllabus when I was at middle school so it's nothing new to me. I lied. 'Actually I finished reading and understanding it just 2 weeks ago due to my perfect memory.'

"Hmmm, so you're actually smart." Saya said.

After doing the project I went home and did what I usually do according to my schedule.
