Leo continued, "Both of these forms are also skilled in music. The Amped Toxtricity can use the protrusions on its chest to produce guitar-like sounds, while the Low Key Toxtricity can play beats that resemble an electric bass." 

"When they battle, it's almost like watching a concert."

"But of course..." Leo's eyes suddenly gleamed, and his expression turned serious. 

"The Toxtricity is also the only Pokémon in the world with both Electric and Poison types."

"You've seen the power of these types during the Pokémon League Conference, right?"

Leo gave Doflamingo a knowing smile.

Thunder and lightning, a naturally destructive force, needed no further explanation. And poison, with its wide area of effect, persistence, and lack of a clear counter, suited someone like Doflamingo perfectly.

Doflamingo quickly realized why Leo had chosen these Pokémon for him. 

By forming a bond with the Toxtricity, he could inherit its special abilities of electric discharge and poison release.
