This World is Weird!

Just like any day Crystal woke up in her dorm where the organization made her live yet another un eventful day of sitting around and watching sitcoms and anime re runs until she gets a mission.

"Gosh I should just put my retirement in already I have watch Modern Family so many times it's not even funny and don't get me started on all the anime"

Yeah that's right our mc is an otaku well not really as she is not allowed to leave the dorm unless a mission pops up only that she is able to explore the outside world from the organization.

'Crystal report to the boss's office immediately'

"Great another mission to go on gosh I work my butt off for them but they still treat me like a worthless dog I don't even know the names of anyone here after being here all 35 years of my life as my parents sold me off to them before I even meet them or that's what I am assuming at least."

As I walk to the bosses room I am ready to try and convince my boss that I wanna retire so I can finally see the world.

"Greetings boss agent Crystal is here"

"Crystal I have another assassination for you to carry out it involves a high profile business man here is his profile. Any Questions?"

"Yes boss I was just wondering if after this mission I could retire I have been here for 35 years and I wanna live at least some of my life as an ordinary girl?"

"Sure as long as you succeed from this last mission you can go into retirement."

I was utterly shocked when I heard he actually agreed to my request I am over joyed I can finally live a nice and peaceful life.

"Thank you boss I promise I will make this kill the best kill I have ever done."

Now you might be wondering why I am being so enthusiastic about killing well I mean you get a little crazy after 35 years of your life killing people hehe but I mean I guess I just became numb to it?

After leaving the room and what I didn't here would be my demise as I later found out that it was over for me once I made that request

"Agent Crystal has asked for retirement so we need to send someone out to kill the old one send in someone from team 1 it sucks since she was one of are best agents but I can't risk being exposed no matter what."

"Roger that it sucks we are losing such a good agent but no one can be trusted once they leave this facility"

I just finished my job obviously it was a piece of cake I mean nothing out of the ordinary happened it just seemed like another person who had no clue what happened before he died. As I maid my way on the plane and into the air I noticed something under one of the seats infront of me had a c4 attached to it and then I realized they were never gonna let me go in the first place.

"Why? Why was my life so meaningless I gave every thing to them and yet they still kill me after all my loyalty I gave to them I never had a normal childhood I never had anything in my life that was meaningful all I can ask for now is that in this new life I am going to I just hope I am happy for at least a little bit of my life."

And with those final thoughts the plain blew up leaving me dead after my meaningless life ended which I am actually kind of happy about since I had nothing to live for anyways well except that I won't be able to see how some animes finished but oh well we can't all be winners.

After a little bit of time I woke up which shocked me I got up from the bed and looked around

"I swear I just died this has to be my imagination or something there is no way this is real."

As soon as I was getting up a bunch of memories started to flow through my head and I let out a scream from the pain.

"Aghhhhhhhh"

The memories finally stopped flooding into my brain and I now realize where I am my names is still Crystal but I finally have a last names it's Roses my name is Crystal Roses I live with only my mother who from the looks of it invests in stocks every day as here daily source of income I am currently 16 years old and going to high school but there is something off about this I remember having a friend her name is Haley Dunphy wait does that mean what I think it means have I been reincarnated into modern family.

While I was thinking about what happened I suddenly heard someone running through the door and open it really fast. "Honey are you alright I heard your scream and I just wanted to make sure everything was okay with you." It was my mother or well better known as Selena Rose.

When she entered the room I was shocked I remember the memories from my predecessor and what my new mother looked like but she looked even more beautiful in person and I was momentarily stunned as she moved closer and put her hand on my head.

"Honey are you alright I know you were really sick these past few days but that scream got me really worried but it looks like your fever is at least getting better."

"Ahh yes I am fine mom I just stubbed my toe while getting up if you don't mind mother I would like to rest some more before heading out of my room I will be out shortly."

"Okay I am glad you are feeling better I will have you miss one more day of school before going back as it seems your a doing way better but promise me not to push your self to hard."

"Yes of course I promise mother." she smiles at me as she walks out I lay back down smiling as I finally realized I can live a happy life from now on and with such an interesting family by my side but of course I have to work my way in before I can meet my favorite actors.

'Wait system what is happening right now am I getting my golden finger right now like any other protagonist well as long as it helps me live a good life.
