291. Not A Sourpuss
"I was going to wait until the bath but there is no rule that says I can't take you right now, right here," Jael said and slowly stood up from the bed.
She could feel his eyes on her as he took a step forward, they were literally burning a hole through her skin. She felt heat from his stare and it quickly spread through her body.
He stopped in front of her and lifted her chin so she had no choice but to look him in the eye. His glowing eyes met hers and Mauve felt drawn to him in a way she couldn't explain.
He bent his head and Mauve stood on her toes to meet his lips. He wrapped his other hand around her waist to give her support. His cold lips touched her warm lips and Mauve relaxed into his arm as he gently took her lips.
Mauve clung to the front of his shirt as he kissed her. He deepened the kiss and she felt her balance falter. Her head was twirling and it was a little hard to keep track of her thoughts.
