Great Sorcerer Phelan Retreats

Great Sorcerer Phelan's pupils constricted in alarm as he witnessed his Greater Lightning Bolt spell pierced and utterly destroyed in a single blow by the Cloud Piercing Halberd hurtling toward him, unimpeded and relentless.

In a split second, his body crackled with lightning as he initiated his lightning teleportation, to escape the range of the devastating halberd. However, to his dismay, he found himself ensnared by an impenetrable barrier of energy waves emitted from the halberd, a force that locked down the entire space surrounding him. The realization struck him like a thunderclap—although the space lock was fading gradually, he would not escape in time before he got struck.
