My name is Noah, I am a 16 year old weeb with hardly any friends and nothing to lose, I am now dead as my soul is rising above the earth and I watch how people worry about the dead body they see in the road. *Sigh* Being your typical weeb I can only hope that I will meet some god-like being and be able to obtain some sort of extreme power.

"Wow" I exclaimed, as I rose I had finally entered some extreme domain of… another weeb? It is a god but also a weeb, I assumed this due to the room full of statues of anime characters and the extreme amount of body pillows and the….for the benefit of the fourth wall 'glue', which is most likely from watching hentai, or that the god has strange fetishes.

I took a breather then a middle aged man spun on his chair to face me, how to describe him, imagine Choji Akamichi, from Naruto, with double chins. I shuddered.

"Hello my young weeb, you have arrived in my domain for two reasons the first is that your dead, knowing you are a weeb I am relieved as I won't have to listen to you cry and mourn, instead we can get straight into the reason you are here, reincarnation, and your three wishes that come along with it."

"I have some questions regarding my reincarnation."

'When I am reincarnated will I be reborn or placed in another world with my same body and appearance, and what are the extents of my wishes."

"Great questions, to answer your first you will be placed in a new, newborn body as your current one isn't compatible with your new world and any possible wishes. To answer your second question I can be anything with a few exceptions, such as immortality, or anything that allows you to be the most powerful being as soon as you arrive.

"Thank you for answering my questions however I have one more, what is the world like where I am going?"

"It is your typical fantasy world in terms of technology, economy and politics, but when it comes to power, anyone can possess all types of powers, not just for a example magic and swordsmanship, there is more however I can't tell you much more than that, I can tell you every being has a status screen to see there level and skills like in video games, but they don't get quests or powers from that, every gains skills over time dependent on what they learn and practice. Also every person has a unique skills that no other person has no matter the background or power them or there family has".

"Will i get to pick my unique skill?"

"No, i will do that for you and you can't use a wish to change it."

"Ok, can you tell me my unique skill now I will I have to wait and see".

"You'll have to wait, because I don't want you choosing wishes based off your unique skill, as there is a possibility that if I did then you could become god-like."

"Ok, final question, will I retain my memories from my previous life?"

"Yes, now assuming that's all, what are your wishes?"

"My first wish is to have a photographic memory".

"Ok".

"Next, assuming we level up in this world by either killing monsters, exercising and studying, I want whatever experience I gain to be multiplied by 1000".

"Sadly for that wish the highest I can go is 10".

"Ok, 10 it is then, and for my final wish I want the ability to gain any power from any anime through a system".

"Dependent on your system, depends whether or not I can grant your wish".

"How fast does a regular human being level up in this world, assuming the have had, training, an education and experienced battles of sorts."

"Assuming you are asking what level does a regular human reach in there life, with the specified conditions I'd say a couple hundred".

"Ok then every ten levels I want to be able to choose an ability from an anime, however the abilities will be weak at first and will become stronger as i level them up, assuming you level up skills that is."

"Yes you do level up skills, but just to be sure about it can you give me an example".

"Yes, take the sharingan for example as that levels up it would evolve into the different tomoes, eventually reaching mangekyou and eternal mangekyou removing the possibility of me becoming blind, is that satisfactory enough".

"Yes, now I will grant you all your wishes and send you to your new world, goodbye now, maybe one day we'll meet again."

As what I am assuming is the maid passed me over to my mother I opened my eyes to see and young woman, probably in her late twenties looking over me and a man who seemed around the same age. I assume the man is my father, looking around we seem to be in a very expensive room. This probably means I am if noble lineage.

"Hello little one, your name will be Noah, yes Noah Von Ainsworth."

Great, I thought seems like I'm some sort of Prince or a son of a Duke. My life is gonna be complicated.

Thinking that two girls burst into the room, one looked to be about 2 and the other 4 at most. Great these two must be my older sisters.

"Mother, can I see my brother" the older one said.

"Of course dear, here" my mother gently passed me to my sister, great, I thought, when she grows up she's gonna be stunning, overprotective brother mode activate.

"Hello there, I'm your oldest sister, can you say 'big sister'," I am a newborn for crying out loud have some common sense.

My father pitched in to say what I was thinking, I just decided to take a nap as this family seems tiring.
