The one thing I hated about being pregnant with triplets was the way my stomach insisted on developing stretch marks no matter how much I moisturised. It was unnecessary and very unappealing. Every single day I opened my eyes first thing in the morning, a new scratch-like mark had joined the family of stripes. I was beginning to look like a tiger, but considering that I spent most of my time in maternity work clothes, my eyes didn't catch the charges so much.
My routine had shifted, and now the first thing I did after getting out of bread was to check on Mason and make sure he was okay. The stress of the pregnancy, new baby and work was all taking a toll very quickly, so I was beginning to look into hiring a part-time nanny. As long as I was at work, the nanny would be around to take care of Mason, but when I came home she would be relieved of her duties and would be free to leave to her house.
