When they get to Yuba they only see an abandoned Town and an Oldman that Vivi knows, knowing that the Rebels already move Vivi nervously asks Xin to make way straight to Capital to stop them. This Rebelion needs to stop, they need to get there first before the Rebels arrive.

Rainbase is a city located in Alabasta. It served as Baroque Works' main headquarters, operated by the organization's president Crocodile.

Rainbase is one of the few cities within the country that continued thriving even during the drought orchestrated by Crocodile, mostly due to its gambling industry. Because of this, it has been referred to as the "City of Dreams".

Rainbase is located to the northwest of Arabasta, with Yuba to the south and Alubarna and the Sandora River to the east. It takes one day to reach the Rainbase from Yuba on foot.

Rainbase is a luxurious, booming city with many casinos and restaurants. Some of those include the Golden Slots, the Loose Slots, the Royale, the Fantasia, and the Coin Bandits, among several others.There are also stables where steeds like horses and camels can rest.

"We're here, so what's the plan?" Nami asks.

Xin smiled and said," We need to replenish our resources first."

"Sure let's go," Vivi and the others walk to different directions to get more resources for their journey.

Xin on the other hand walks to the largest Casino to replenish his p[ocket and get some pocket money for everyone.

"I want to play," Xin took a sack of belly and put it on the counter.

"As you command Sir." The waiter walks in the counter, converts the money Xin has and comes back with stacks of chips and passes them to Xin.

With the chips on his hand, Xin walks inside and sits at a card game seeing there's a vacant position.

The card dealer looks at him and asks," Do you want to continue that game?"

He then looks at the card in front of Xin as if asking if he wants to continue the game even if the card is already distributed.

Xin slightly smiled and put half of his chips as a bet and said," Continue."

"Welcome,"

The card dealer takes another card for them having all of them already have 5 cards to play, of course Xin knows that his card is losing here and they force him to play a losing card for them to scam his money.

Using his Golden Eyes, he can easily see what happens at the table. The Dealer and the man on the left side are passing cards to scam the people around the table.

There are 6 people at the table, Xin, The Card Dealer, The Card Dealer's Friend, a Woman, A Fat Man, and a White-Haired Man.

It happens that the WHite Haired man has the largest and most powerful card combination, a 3 pair of 8 and 2 pairs of Q.

While Xin in the other hand only have 3 ♣, 8 ♦, 9 ♠, J ♠, and k ♠, if he wants to win, he needs 10♠ and Q♠.

And he's lucky enough, there's a bunch of cards underneath the left man's table, and a stack inside of a hidden compartment.

With a flick of his finger, 2 more cards are added to the stack of cards on Xin's hand, he then snaps again removing 3 ♣, and 8 ♦.

"Bet"

"Fallow"

"Fold"

"Follow"

Xin took al hsi cips," All in."

All of them look at him and the other fold knowing Xin cards seems the winning card, but not the man on the left side.

"Follow."

The card dealer asks," Sir, do you want to add more chips? Your money is insufficient right now."

"Let's make the game bigger, do you want to follow?"

The Card Dealer and the man looked at each other and nodded.

All of this seen by the man in white sitting while smoking with a cigar.

With the casual flip of his hand, a box appeared on Xin's hand, he put it down and opened it in front of them to see.

"Devil Fruit, do you want to continue?"

The dealer nervously looks at the Devil Fruit then asks," Are you sure, Sir? Evil Fruit is 100,000,000$ in cash if you sell it."

"I'm sure?" He then looks at the man if he wants to continue.

Knowing that he is on the winning side, the man walk out to get more money and the casino give him knowing the will rip a huge profit for the deal.

"Good, please show your cards to everyone please." The Card Dealer said.

"Four of a kind!! Hahaha, you lose, I win!!" The man excitedly celebrates and reaches to take the winning bet but his hand stops but the Whiteman.

"You were excited, did you not see that your opponent did not even open his card?"

"Che, Can he win?"

Xin smiled and opened his card.

"Straight flush, sorry you lose."

"9 ♠, 10♠, J ♠, Q♠ and K♠..... "

"W…...no you're cheating!!"
