I really felt bad that I didn't act like I should, Samantha must be really sad she left her space and that I took Kay's side. It is lunch time and I am not seeing Sam anywhere in the cafeteria, where could she be I wondered then I saw Blessing... "hey, where is Samantha isn't she eating with you", I asked Blessing in an

urgent manner. Blessing looking at me with her sarcastic eyes "do you have a business with her" she asked while she walked away. Sigh… She's angry I went into the school garden to look for Sam but she was no where to be found, as I look through the classes I saw her in Oliver's class, they were sitting  opposite each other but close. It's like Sam was paying more attention to  whatever he was saying then she smiles. "Sam, Oliver, it's Break" I said to them, my head trying to pick what to say to  Sam. "yeah, we know, Sam just wanted to get some explanation before she goes to eat" Oliver said smiling at me to Sam. "alright, Sam can I talk to you for a second" I asked looking at Sam who hasn't raised her head from her book since I walked in. There was no response, instead she smiled at Oliver and left the class leaving me dumbfounded. I ran after her "sam!!!, hey wait up" Samantha turned to look at me and this time her eyes are teary, it's the first time I will see her look like this "leave me alone, fuck off Chris, your face makes me mad, do you know that?" I'm shocked, my leg unable to move, I have never seen or head her raise her voice. I hurt her deeply "I am sorry, I am deeply sorry.. kay is not my girl and I don't know why you think you will be a third wheel, besides you have changed, you're distant from me now, we are no longer close friends like we used to be". I let out all I have always wanted to tell her, I missed her and now I just wanted to hug her and let our friendship be normal again. Things has been heated between Samantha and I the day the whole class knew she had a crush on me, I like her too but I never got to tell her and now she's been acting all out like she doesn't even care.

Few days later after Samantha and I had reconcile and cleared all misunderstanding, making her smile and laugh was all I wanted to do everyday. I like Sam ever since I got to this school three years ago. In class now, we've a free period and Blessing, I ,Sam and my friend John were having a group reading then Kay walked up to me with her devilish flirtious smile, how I wish I can unfriend her, she has always been a pain in the ass, though i fancied her because she's pretty and good in games unlike Samantha. But I like Samantha more but Sam doesn't like me ,going back to the Devil "hey Chris, I want to invite you over to my birthday party" she says while handling me an invitation card and distributed the remaining she had to Sam,Blessing and John, "_you don't have to be there if you don't want but you Chris are a special person,you will be my date for that day" she said and leans to my ear which I noticed the change of look on Samantha's face then she stood up to excuse.

After Kay left, the rest of the group asked me what Kay had said to my ear I told them... "she said she's going to introduce me as a boyfriend, I get why because we had a thing and kissed yesterday" as I said this Sam happened to walk in and our eyes met, Blessing on the other hand was disappointed in me and john was grinning ear to ear.
