Quinn pressed his finger so tight to know Thomas' intentions. Within a few minutes, he read Thomas's mind. He couldn't believe that his conversion into the baby was due to Thomas. He intended that he would never allow Thomas to use his powers.
He began defending himself. He bit Thomas's hand hard enough that he cried so loud that Ai and Uncle got attentive. However, that was not useful enough to avoid Thomas taking him.
Then, using his whole energy, he put the glass standing on the table and hit Thomas with it. He became injured and unintentionally screamed loudly in pain. He had strictly instructed his spies to stay outside to keep an eye on Ai and Uncle. So, nobody came inside even after hearing his scream.
He became powerless enough to be incapable of holding Quinn. However, he considered him much valuable for himself. So, he softly placed him on the bed and also fell on his own there.
Spies were eagerly waiting for Thomas outside. When he didn't return after 30 minutes, one of them went inside to find out the matter.
Thomas was lying on the bed in critical condition. The wound had turned himself into a semi-consciousness.
The spy wondered to see that. He called other spies to come inside to look after Thomas. All spies reached inside. One was coming with his one hand, busy grabbing Uncle's collar by force.
Thomas ordered them to take him to the hospital because sudden treatment was needed to avoid any more reactions. When they asked about Quinn, Thomas got confused.
He didn't wanna leave him. On the other hand, he didn't wanna take him. He was the only person who knew about his powers. He was confused about Quinn's sudden action.
The way he hit him can be clearly observed as an intentionally taken action. Thomas was worried if Quinn did any other thing on the way to the hospital.
His preference was his safety, so he left Quinn there and went with his spies. He was also not in the condition to do any future planning about getting access to him. So, he had to leave empty-handed.
He handed over the gadgets he was currently holding in his pockets. Then, he was sent to the hospital by ambulance.
On the way to the hospital, he became more unconscious. When doctors observed his condition, they considered that case abnormal.
They called spies and told them that the way Thomas' head was injured clearly told that someone had intentionally done that. So, that was a police case.
Spies got confused. They knew Thomas wouldn't allow them to expose the secret. Moreover, if they told doctors that a two years old baby did that, nobody believed them. In spite, they were considered out of sight, out of mind. The biggest issue could also cause.
So, they lied that Thomas was a mental case. That was why he tried to take his life sometimes. That time he had an attack. The glass was close to his bed. So, he hit him with that for being dead.
Doctors didn't get shocked as that was normal for them to handle those kinds of cases as their routine. Moreover, they didn't investigate that further, considering Thomas's instant cure their priority. So, that matter was ignored, considering Thomas's psycho patient.
Scientists who were working for the time machine preparation were engrossed in their work. Around one day remained in the time machine preparation, but none of them knew where Thomas was.
They tried their best to contact him but failed because Thomas's cell was switched off. Moreover, they didn't have any contact with spies.
Fortunately, Thomas had told them about the whole process, so the work was going on. They were so worried about where they would keep the time machine after completion. Thomas hadn't told them anything about how to control and store it after manufacturing.
Moreover, they couldn't pause the process until they found Thomas because there was only one day remaining in the deadline. They couldn't take the risk of pausing the process and then bearing Thomas's harsh reaction when he would return.
One of them got sick of the situation and said: "Why are we constantly bringing efforts in the completion? We don't know where Sir Thomas is for around one day. Where will we keep the time machine if it has been completed?"
All of them agreed with them except the one who responded: "I have observed the reactions very well. Some are auto-set. We can't disturb them. Moreover, if we continue the reactions after the unplanned duration, the problem can be caused. Our whole effort can even go to waste".
After listening to that, all scientists got worried. They unwillingly agreed to his words and kept on working on the time machine.
