* ONE WEEK AFTER *

I woke up early in the morning and looked out of the window to see it was still a bit dark. The time was still around 5. I looked around the room and saw everything packed and loaded. I slowly made my way towards the washroom. Shirogana-san told us that that we should leave the house by 6 and we should get ready by then. So I had to wake up early.

In the last few days, I have done nothing in particular. I went jogging daily, sometimes alone, sometimes with the siblings. I quite got along with the family and now feel a bit good about staying with them. I understood them a bit more. I snapped out of my thoughts when the room door was opened. I came out of the washroom with the brush still inside my mouth and saw Shirogana-san.

He looked at me, nodded, and said, "Oh! you woke up already Rei, good. Get ready." and went out.

As I went into the washroom I heard Shirogana-san shouting to wake Sora up. Sora generally is a bit lazy when it comes to sleep but turns extremely serious in baseball. I quickly took a bath with hot water as the temperature outside is still cold as the sun has not come yet. After coming out of the bath I wore some clothes which I kept aside when I was packing yesterday. I sat on the bed and thought about my memories this past week I spent here. It was fun even though it was only for a short period.

I saw the time and saw there was half an hour left to 6, so I took my luggage which was 2 bags, and opened the door. I saw Sora dragging out a big suitcase from his room. I peeked into his room and saw it was almost empty. There was nothing in it all the posters and baseball stuff were gone. He probably packed all of it.

He then turned around and his eyes were still sleepy. He greeted in a dull tone, "*Yawn* good morning~ *Yawn* Rei."

I greeted back, "Good morning to you too Sora. It seems you finally got everything packed." Sora had many things to pack so his mom was always helping him.

Shirogana-san told us that we might stay there for a long time as Narumi-san's father was pretty weak. So he said we should pack what we want. I then saw many bags in his room and even some card boxes in it.

We both then went down and saw Meiko already standing in the hall with all her luggage. Even her luggage was big as there were several boxes. She greeted us and I then went back up with Sora to help him bring back his luggage as there were many. After making a couple of rounds we finally brought down all of his luggage. The Narumi-san and Shirogana-san came back.

Shirogana-san clapped his hands to gain out attention and we all turned towards him. He nodded and said "So the mini-truck arrived, now keep all your luggage inside it and we shall start from here." We proceeded to keep all the things inside the truck.

After keeping them in the truck Narumi-san proceeded to check if everything is closed and whether they brought all they needed. After checking if everything was right we all sat in the car and Shirogana-san started to drive. The truck was following behind us. As we all were sleepy we all slept immediately except Shirogana-san and Narumi-san.

I then suddenly felt someone shaking me and as I slowly opened my eyes I saw Narumi-san starting at me.

I asked slowly, "We already reached Oba-san." wiping my eyes.

She smiled and said, " No we haven't Rei. We stopped, for eating on the road. "

I then got out of the car and she proceeded to wake Sora up. I saw Meiko with Shirogana-san talking with the truck driver. After Sora woke up we all then went to the restaurant and ate some food. The food was not that delicious but it was fine so we ate quite well. We then got back into the car and started our journey.

This time Sora was the only one who slept as I and Meiko didn't get sleep. I then looked out of the window to see all the fresh fields passing by. It gave me a sense of peace and tranquility.

Narumi-san started to talk about her father's house and the school we will be attending. Her father was rather respected by the people as he was a kind person and always helped the poor. The school we will be attending was rather normal but had a pretty good baseball team.

I continued to stare outside and unknowingly slowly slept again. I then woke up when Meiko was shaking both of us shouting something.

I slowly opened my eyes and heard her, "WAKE UP REI AND SORA WE ARE VERY NEAR. SO WAKE UP ALREADY."

I looked out of the window and saw that we are in the town and the car came to a halt in front of a Japanese style big house. Seein it was our car people opened the big door and we drove in. We then came out of the car and I then looked around to see a big front yard and the house was really like the old Japanese style home in the movies.

The air was much cleaner then what I was used to and it felt fresh. I then looked in front and saw several people who did not look like servents but were still there and also a tall old man in the middle of them.
