The Hunt Begins

"Hey" A voice came from behind. Audrey and me both freaked out. Audrey was so frightened that she huged me as tightly as possible.

"Hmmm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you off. I'm Nina, your dresser, hairstylist and your makeup artist for today, I will be obliged to served you both tonight." A young girl with preety brown hair and huge gown said. She looked very young and preety under her mask.

"Audrey now you can stop cringing on me" I said to Audrey who was still holding me really really tight. She slowly loosed the grip and acted embarrassed.

"C'mon ma'ams I will show some of the indeed collection that will suit on you all." The young girl said.

There were literally hundreds of dresses to pick from. Audrey choosed a wonderful pink dress, which she wore along with a corset and stuff and matched her outfit with a huge pink hat. Meanwhile I really liked a white dreamy dress which looked like it came straight up from the world of Fantasy.

"This is beautiful, can I try this one?" I asked to young girl

"The dress is indeed beautiful ma'am but not as beautiful as you." The young girl said I couldn't have helped but blushed.

"But I have something more special for you" She said and removed one of the huge gown with towns of layers and fabric. it's was solid ref velvet it color. The dress had some magic on its own as It was as if The Devil himself had designed the dress yet it was bloody intoxicating.

I looked my reflection in the mirror, I really looked breathtaking. I no longer felt it was me, It felt as if I was a whole different person altogether.

"You look fabulous....." Audrey said. It was unusual to actually hear compliments from Audrey. 

I grin like a Cheshire cat and replied, " Thank you, You too look gorgeous." Audrey smile. 

Just as everything was going pleasant, I started hearing sounds coming from outside.

"What's the sound all about?" I asked Audrey and the young girl.

"Which sound are you talking about?" Audrey asked utterly confused 

"Can't you hear anything?" I asked 

"No" Audrey said making faces. 

"What about you?" I asked the dresser girl. She nodded no. Something deep inside my soul knew that she was lying.

"You must be exhausted so you must be imagining up stuff." She said In a very polite way.

"Yeah maybe" I Continued, "By the way do know the host of this party and also you hired you up here if you don't mind me asking." 

"All this information is censored, I'm afraid I won't be able to reveal anything to you. Anyways you shall get going now." The young girl said in a very hostile manner.

"Come on let's go" Audrey said to me. As we were going out I whispered in Audrey ears." Damn her tone changed so easily when I asked her about the host. She was so good few fractions of second ago and then you see." 

"Chill, who told you to invade her privacy by asking such unnecessary and stupid questions anyways." Audrey said pointing up fingers as of I shouldn't be concerned about what's going on her and just have fun.

We went to the Gentleman whom we met earlier, "Mademoiselle you both looking belle" 

(* Belle means beautiful in French*) 

"The guys have already downstairs, joining the crowd. Now it's your turn as I take the same go downstairs walking as elegant as possible." 

"Everyone please welcome our ladies, Miss Serena Hamsler and Audrey Hart." 

The crowd turned towards us and started cheering up. Suddenly shiver ran all over my body when I had a moment of realization. 

'WHAT THE HECK HOW DOES HE EVEN KNOW OUR NAMES WHEN WE NEVER TOLD' I thought almost passing out.

"Come" Audrey said and took by my hand and started going downstairs.
