Chapter 21: "Epiphanies"

AN: Thank you "BLITZ2" for the powerstone.

General POV

Finally, after about 10 minutes, it was all done, and all the remaining attachments that could cause entities like ghosts to remain in a place were removed from the house and collected in the device, which John then picked up and handed to Sam, who was closest to them. Sam eagerly accepted the device and thanked John for his help.

Then, as if on cue, a female voice came from the device.

"Hello, Sammy, my little boy; it's been a long time since I've seen you."

This surprised both Sam and Dean; for Dean, the voice was recognisable, but something he hadn't thought he would hear again, it was his mother's voice.

Dean's attention quickly went to the device in Sam's hand, and he quickly said, "Hello, Mum." His voice began to choke.

Sam looked at his brother and understood that it was his mom's voice. He immediately replied, "Hello, Mum, it's been a long time.

Then began a combination of therapy and conversation between the three Winchesters—two boys and a soul—as John and Jenny looked on. After a while, John introduced himself to Jenny. "Hello, I am John Harrison, a friend of the boys here and a colleague at the MG. I'm sorry to barge into the house; we usually ask permission, but the situation didn't allow us to follow the protocols here," he said, showing the Mystical Guardian badge he had with him to reassure her. Hearing this, Jenny was a little relieved and greeted him, "Hello, it's nice to meet you. I am Jenny, the current owner of this house; it is all right to be honest; you had to do what you did in this case, and it is not as if I was in a position to allow or disallow anyone.

After that, there was a comfortable silence, and after some time, Jenny went to check on her children while John checked his device to see if there were any more threat signals in the area to make sure the problem had really been solved.

Once he was satisfied, he left the house and stood by his car, waiting for the brothers to come up while chatting with his friends and providing remote support to the hunters on the ground if requested.

After a while, Sam and Dean could be seen coming out, both having washed their faces, followed by a smiling Jenny, who then stopped at the front door of the house, which had also been repaired by John while he waited for the two brothers.

Once they were both standing nearby, John, with a teasing look on his face, said, "Oh, you really took your sweet time getting ready; now where is your 'baby'? I can't seem to find it around here." The brothers, hearing their friend, laughed a little and thanked John again for helping them have a talk with their mother. John then invited them into his own car to go to the place where they had left their car.

When they got into the car, they were surprised to see that the inside of the car was very different from the outside. They were confused but got in anyway and then sat down in one of the comfortable looking chairs and waited for John to get in, which he did, and the car started to drive towards the area where their car was on its own.

John finally decided to bring them up to speed on the organisation he and his friends had set up. He began by saying, "Guys, let's ignore the other questions for now; we have something more important to discuss. I have been working on a project that I believe will change the world, and I want you both to be a part of it. The friends listened intently, intrigued by John's mysterious project and eager to learn more about how they could contribute.

They were then told about the Mystical Guardians by John, who showed them his ID, explained the whole organisation to them, and also gave them a card to contact the organisation if necessary.

They then informed John of their decision to join the organisation once they could find and meet their dad physically.
