Chapter 20: Spirithooves

Jin's POV

"What is happening?" Mark asked.

"This isn't a settlement to me. It's a war zone" Matt said.

Flames were scattered everywhere. Cow people are fighting against the knights of the kingdom.

"We need to help them" I said.

"Who actually?" Mark asked.

"The cow people. Arthur is in the wrong here, we need to make his mistakes right" I said.

We rushed into the fight and attacked the knight.

[Jin used Lions Breath]

Two knights were caught in my attack and fell.

So points differ from how strong a knight is.

I looked in the surroundings. Mark was taking all the hit from their range attacks while Matt was slaying them one by one rapidly. They're doing pretty good.

The ground broke into pieces as the knight stumbled and fell into a hole.

[Matt used Ice Domain]

He covered the hole with ice and all the knights that fell there freezes.

"Who are you people and why are you helping these monsters?" A lady in an armour asked.

"We don't need to tell our names. We are here to stop Arthur's delusion and arrogance." I said.

"Surrender or we won't show mercy" Matt added.

"How laughable of you, when we're the ones who are supposed to be saying that" A guy said.

"Hector is right. No one lives after defying the name of King Arthur" The woman added.

"Your king is a bad king, no more no less. He is not worthy of his position and so are you for not seeing his wicked deeds" Mark said.

"As what Kay said, no one lives after defying the King's name. Arthur or not, he is still the king" Hector said.

"Still blabbing about how we won't live when we obviously outnumber you" Matt replied.

"Degore! Bedivere!" Kay shouted and two knights came out.

"Kay, you can only summon twice a day. Why use it now?" Degore asked.

"Stupid Degore, it seems someone intervened" Bedivere said.

"As what Lady Bedivere said, someone did Intervene"Hector added.

"Then we shall show no mercy" Bedivere said and shoots a pillar of water at us.

[??? Used Earth Shield]

"Don't forget us" A cow person said "Saviours, I am Tufan. The Spirithooves general"

"General Tufan, we'll be needing your help" Mark said.

"I shall help you the best way I could. Saviours you must be careful. The four of them are part of the champions of King Arthur. That water pillar just now caused a lot of damage than I expected" Tufan said.

"Don't worry. We'll also help" Kif and Senna came out of their mini room.

"Alright" I said and rushed to Hector. Bedivere shoots again a pillar of water but Tufan just blocked it with his Earth Wall. I dash at Hector but he didn't even moved an inch.

"You should analyze your enemies first child" Hector said and vanished and then Degore appeared. He blocked my sword with a giant metal hand.

"Still on your best shot Kay" Degore said.

"Just shut up and finish him already" Kay replied. Degore made his other hand into a giant metal one and tried to smash me.

[Tufan used Earth Burst]

Pile of rocks came bursting from the ground causing Degore to lose his balance.

Matt on the other hand sneaked up to Bedivere.

[Matt used Absolute Zero]

He tried to stab Bedivere but Hector blocked it. Bedivere countered with Water Bullets but Matt managed to evade just on time.

[Mark used Force Combat: Sealing Chains]

"Matt don't worry about Bedivere, she won't attack you in the meantime. Finish Hector fast and then help me" Mark shouted and Matt nod. It's time for me to also finish this.

[Jin used Lions Breath]

I shoot a pillar of flame at them but Degore just blocked it with his palms.

"Kay, get Bedivere the hell out of there!" Degore shouted.

"I'm trying!" Kay replied.

"You should focus on me old man" I said and dash at him.

[Jin used Magic Blast]

I used Magic Blast again and again.

"I thought you were a swordsman! How could you use magic?!" Degore shouted. I just keeps on casting Magic Blast while approaching him bit by bit without him noticing. Now, we're just a meter away.

"Surprise" I said and stabbed him.

[Jin used Lions Pride]

And he went up in flames. Now for Kay.

[Jin used Lions Breath]

"Oh shi-" Kay said and she burned.

Now what's happening on their side.

Both of them keeps changing turns trying to encased Hector. Hector just jumped on the right time, evading their skills. While Bedivere just keeps attacking Mark with all she got.

"Why aren't you dying!?" Bedivere shouted.

"Well ma'am, I'm curios myself" Mark replied with a smirk. A million hp does come in handy.

"Matt! You can't defeat him with that! Use your specialty!" I shouted. Matt sighed and nodded.

[Matt used Ice Dance]

In a glimpse, Matt is now standing infront of Hector.

"What the" Matt sliced Hector's head off "Hell?"

"That's why I'm not using my Ice Dance... It finished too early" Matt sighed and sighed again.

"Can someone lend me a hand?" Mark asked.

"Take care of that yourself" I said.

"How can a hole defeat her?" Mark asked.

"My hole can" Matt said.

"I'm not talking to you op ice man" Mark replied "Argh, whatever"

[Mark used Diamond Rush]

Mark made his skin into diamonds and approached Bedivere.

"Take this!" Mark shouted and punched. Bedivere again and again until she... Fell?

Fell is the fancy word for die commonly used in medieval times or in fantasy novels -Text

"Sweet! Now I have 89 million hp" Mark said.

"What now?!" Both Matt and I shouted.

"89 million hp" Mark smiled. Creepy smiled.

Mark became level 80, Matt also became level 80 while I was stuck at level 56 ;_;.
