13. Provide information

The wound on the hand had healed, Jasmine had started doing all her work. She wanted to finish all the jobs quickly to return to Jakarta.

However, before returning to Jakarta, she had to keep her promise to Diana to find all the information about the two men her best friend wanted. Now there was only one person left, and she thought it might be a little tricky.

She did not understand that one person looked very busy, and it seemed that there was only work in the man's dictionary. If not Dean Milles, who can only act cold and what discussed only works during the meeting.

Jasmine didn't know the relationship between Dean and Diana because her best friend had never said anything about her. It occurred to him that Diana liked Dean, but she was still confused because Diana also wanted to know information about Sam.

"It's confusing to like two men at once," Jasmine said as she shook her head.

"Come in," Jasmine said to someone knocking on the door.

The door opened, and she saw Sam walking in with a document in hand. She kept remembering all the information she had about Sam and wondered what Sam had to do with Diana.

"You should check this before the meeting at a restaurant this afternoon," Sam said as he handed the document in his hand to Jasmine.

Jasmine received the documents given by Sam, and she checked them one by one. While Jasmine was going through all of her paperwork, Sam decided to go back to his room to do other work.

Jasmine's curiosity about Sam, Dean and Diana's relationship grows stronger. She wanted to call her friend. However, there was a lot of work on the table, and it had done before lunch.

She checked all the documents looked at the clock on the wall. It was already time for lunch, and she had a meeting too.

Jasmine took her bag and cellphone, then got up and walked out of the room. When she opened the door, she was surprised to see Sam already behind the door. So did Sam.

"You just startled me," Jasmine said to Sam.

Sam apologized and asked Jasmine to leave because he didn't want this meeting to get into trouble because the people who will meet this time are always on time.

Jasmine walked first, and then Sam followed. She thought again of Diana, determined to ask Sam directly if she knew her best friend.

The car has been prepared, and a driver has opened the car door, inviting Jasmine to enter. Jasmine got into the car and sat quietly.

When she was about to ask Sam about Diana, her cell phone vibrated, which indicated that she opened the message if there was an incoming message. It was Diana who sent her the message.

Diana said that Jasmine should not reveal Diana's true identity to Sam or Dean in the message. She read the news, her curiosity grew, and she asked Diana why it had to be like that.

Diana did not give a satisfactory answer. However, she cautioned against telling the two about herself.

Jasmine sighed. She couldn't do anything anymore. She knew for sure that if Diana had said that, she didn't want any of that to happen.

However, Jasmine's curiosity was so great that she had to endure it a little longer. After returning from Singapore, she would immediately ask Diana about it.

The car stopped right at a restaurant, and Sam got out of the vehicle. He opened the car door. Jasmine got out of the car and tidied up her slightly messy clothes.

"Show me the way," Jasmine ordered Sam.

Sam also walked first to show the way and look for the person he wanted to meet.

"Sorry we're a little late," said Sam, bowing slightly.

Jasmine was slightly surprised by Sam's words apologizing for being late. Even though they weren't late at all, judging by the clock on her left hand, she didn't want to talk much because she saw the man's face that already looked annoyed.

"Get straight to the point," The man said coldly.

Jasmine was slightly irritated by the man's tone in front of her, but she must not lose control. She also sat right in front of the man, who was none other than Dean. She tried to be relaxed even though Dean's gaze bothered her.

Sam also explained everything and hoped that the results could make Dean feel happy. He thought that the man was one of the shareholders who did not want to see the slightest failure.

Sam handed over the documents to Dean, and these documents were all reports on the work that Jasmine had done. Over the past few days, the hotel experiencing problems has returned to normal, and the surge in visitors can see.

Dean opened the file and read it carefully. Not a single word escaped his eyes. He was cautious in reading every report in his hand.

He closed the document, and he seemed to have finished reading every page of every report from Sam. His face had neither a good nor a sour expression. So flat and cold that Jasmine couldn't tell what Dean was thinking.

"The results have been good, everything has gone as it should. Good job, Jasmine Adam," Dean said in an even tone.

"Grateful if you like my performance. Then my task is done, now it's time for me to return to Jakarta," Jasmine said in an even tone as well.

For the past few minutes, Jasmine had been paying close attention to Dean's behaviour. She was assessing what kind of person Dean Milles was. Jasmine decides to ask Sam about all the information that has to do with Dean.

"Okay. We're done, I'll just end it all. I hope everything will go well," Dean said as he got up and held out his hand.

Dean intended to shake hands with Jasmine. Although his gaze was not very friendly, Jasmine also accepted Dean's hand with her trademark smile.

"Thanks for all the help, Mister Dean," Jasmine said as she withdrew her hand.

Dean walked away, leaving Jasmine and Sam. After seeing him go, Jasmine left and followed Sam. On the way to work, Jasmine started asking Sam about Dean. Jasmine began the conversation.

"Do you know Dean well?" Jasmine asked Sam.

"I've known him for several years," Sam replied.

"What do you think about him?" Jasmine asked again.

"Dean, he is a workaholic. His life is just work and work nothing else. In fact, many women who want to approach him. However, nothing ever worked, he too was the vindictive type of guy. Everyone who has a problem with him will end badly," explained Sam.

After getting Sam's explanation, Jasmine finally sent a message to Diana. She said that Dean was fine and a workaholic.

The car stopped suddenly, and someone chased Jasmine's car. She won't know what happened, why the car in front wouldn't run.

"Who are they?!" Jasmine asked.
