"There you are…" Elizabeth finally spotted Sheila right where she had guessed— right in the corridor that led to Maya's room. "Hello…" Elizabeth called out to her, wishing that she knew her name. That would have made her negotiation much easier.

Sheila stopped and turned to see Elizabeth, she quickly did obeisance to the queen and remained in a bowed position until Elizabeth walked up to her.

"Your name?" Elizabeth asked, motioning for her to stand up straight.

"Sheila," she said, barely looking up at the queen.

"What a lovely name that is," Elizabeth smiled, as she hit her with a dose of flattery. She knew how well it worked on people of the lower class of the community. "It suits your beauty perfectly."

"Thank you," Sheila replied, smiling with a bow. "I'm honored."

"It's alright," Elizabeth continued, as she could barely wait for the part to strike her deal. "I'm deeply sorry about your sister's demise."
