"Rem… Rem… Rem… Notice me, Rem…"

Rem's eyes open up in horror as she sits up and screams out holding her leg and neck.

[Rem] AHHH!! O-OH GOD! MY LEG!! MY LEEG!!!

She rolls around the bed a few times, shaking, horrified, and sweating.

Rem tries to calm down as she's hyperventilating.

She looks at her legs, and both of her beautiful legs are still attached to her.

She touches her neck and she feels no big cut.

Rem rubs her shoulders as she's still shaking.

[Rem] I-I returned back h-here… T-there was someone… There was someone-!

Rem just noticed that Subaru and Ram are far away from Rem.

Ram seems to be hiding behind Subaru and Subaru is standing his ground.

Both seem very afraid of what Rem just did just now…

Rem looks at her hands.

[I've returned again… Returned After My Death...]

Rem just sighs and breathes in as she stands up in the bed and puts her hands on her waist.

[I'm very sorry for my freaky self! I am Remura! I'm sorry If I scared you both! I intend no harm! I'll restart once again!]

Subaru and Ram looked at each other before looking back at Rem.

[Rem] Uhm… Do you perhaps both know where my personal belongings are?

[Rem, In Mind] I've finally decided… I may have named it already, and I'm already getting used to it, but I think my ability should have a cool and awesome name. It's not a video game, yet, if I tell my ability, I don't wanna call it something boring as my checkpoint, no no no indeed. From now on, I'll call my checkpoint…

Rem drinks a cup of water as she puts it down gently on the table and continues to munch down the delicate food Subaru himself has made. Rem has tasted it a couple of times now, but it just doesn't get old.

Rem resumes talking to herself inside of her thoughts.

[After Death… Whenever I die, after my death, I return back to my previous checkpoint. Like a video game, however, if I die without my checkpoint updating, I'm going to cry… So that's one downside to my power… I can't choose my checkpoint...

Rem thinks as she takes another bite of the bread as she looks to everyone here.

[Whoever that assailant was, again, you're messing with the wrong girl, but I was somehow dizzy… Almost like I was sick until death… I am not wrong, and I can officially say that there is magic here, and when there is magic here, paranormal things like flying can be a possibility…]

[Rem] Hey, Emilia. I helped you a lot, and it must be a very huge thing for you, right? Shouldn't I get rewards?

[Emilia] A-ah yes! Of course! I really owe you a lot Rem! You can state anything you want, but only to my power of course…

Roswaal nods.

[Yes indeed! Lady Emilia is right since you have been a very good helpful little girl, you get to have a reward, that's true. Just say the word, and I guarantee you! You will get anything you want~]

[Rem, In Mind] I'm not going to…

[Rem] If that's the case, then…

Rem stands up from her chair as she announces her desires.

[Let me be a guest here for as long as I want! I'll get to sleep and eat whatever I want, and I want extra pillows for my bed!]

Ram gives a big yawn and just rubs her eyes.
