Chapter 432: Ragnarok

"Why did Chaos send you to attack my world? Why are you willing to sacrifice yourself?" I asked as I floated down towards the ground.

"You ask too many questions boy." he huffs in pain "Why do you care?"

"I bet the realm of gods is under attack too?"

"Did you not receive a call?" he smirked "I foresaw my lost, but I will live on in Valhalla, Chaos promised me that Valhalla shall not be touched."

Just to point thinks out, his accent is probably one of the more thicker and harder to understand than any other characters I've met, the only reason I can is about 60% contributed to the fact that I'm just reading the whole dialogue.

"Considering you gain a lot of wisdom by sacrificing that eye, did you foresaw your lost too?"

"I have. I tried with Chaos, but I was careless, that thing has no honor and attacked me on the spot. It only spared me under the condition that I have to work under it, I denied it of course, but I am spellbound."

"Well surrender to me then, it seems like I already removed it. You are within my range, I can do everything."

"Sorry boy. But my honor will not allow that. It's Glory or Valhalla!" he shouted and then screamed as he charged at me.

He then did several lightning speed jabs at me which I dodged all of them as it is too slow for me, the effects of Hermes' shoes seems to help out a lot. I gathered mana in my right dominant hand, I pushed my head to the side, but Odin seems to predict it effectively as his spear managed to get past the effects of the curse and my armor, he slashed through my right cheek and took away my ear.

I sort of ignored the pain for a moment and launched my full powered fist at his gut which caused him to throw his upper body forward which I then throw a left hook that has a condensed fire and lightning magic.

And in that very short moment, I did a right uppercut. His foot stood firm though and barely moved from the spot. I create a giant fireball between us and cause it to explode and blow him backwards.

I would use many spells that can easily be used to kill him, but it might damaged the surroundings, so I would need to warp away, I can manipulate reality to shorten the range, but if it's too small, he might be able to escape, I do not understand that arcana thing he has since even if I did, I can't use it as I was born in a world where it's impossible to do so.

But I don't want to give him any chance as I create chains out of light magic and pull him towards me. I then quickly open a portal to the world of the elevator where I throw him in it and casted star magic to finish him in the elevator.

< Explosion magic: Gamma ray burst > I casted and used my power over reality to close the elevator which the explosion then happened instantly.

The explosion also destroyed the elevator which pieces or it and shrapnel flying towards us, I the turned them all into dust before they hit me. The whole 'floor' seems to have taken a massive hit as I can sense that the space that got caught in it erased itself completely from existence. With Thoth's knowledge, I made sure that anything destroyed by me will not end up in the void.

I float towards the site and can see like half a palm holding onto the spear which I took and imprint it with my mana. Well it seems like he'll arrive at Valhalla for the very least...then at this point, I realized something. Chaos wants to shape the whole universe to its idea of perfection, Eros wants Chaos and many other things.

Ragnarok...the end of the gods...the end of everything...that might be one of their first step. The Norse, the Greeks...even the Mayans, they all have their own beliefs on the end of everything. So it seems like Odin and Thor would become our unlikely allies if my prediction of Ragnarok becoming true happens.

It's all going to happen at once, and if the prophecy of Ragnarok is true, we're on the losing side. This is going to be a whole mess.

I went back to my world and went to every continent to make sure people are okay, Neelofar suffered the least amount of losses followed by the Crimson kingdom, the demon kingdom, Artia, the rest of the 10 kingdoms and finally the other few continents.

The Crimson have been prepared to go on the offense for a very long time, but they also prepared for the case such as this to happen which cause them to have the second least casualties. No one attacked the seeker's base, which made sense since we are literally trained to fight them, so they wouldn't walk straight into a landmine like that.

Executives were sent out alongside many of our members to help fight the gods which sped up the process and we managed to stop it within 3 days, but it seems like this is just the beginning. I've been using my powers to heal people, one kingdom at a time alongside Diana. We got some people begging me to revive the dead, which I had to ignore.

I then went ahead to take a rest in the church of Dabria in Gloria.

"Luckily I came quick." Jake commented "Otherwise, we would have had more casualties."

"It seems like you were right to become a celestial." Richard responded "I might consider becoming a celestial now instead of delaying it further."

"You guys are willing to take over Dabria's place when she retires, right?"

"Yes sir, it would be our honor to continue to spread her influence." Beatrice replied

"Don't call me that."

"I...understand."

"She's surprisingly clingy, you know."
