Aldritch woke up hours later in the middle of the night as he found it to be at the time. Even though he only slept for a few hours, he felt rather rested.

Aldritch then noticed footsteps approaching his door from outside. He could hear it quite clearly, but he wasn't sure who it could be since people should be asleep by that time, at least it seemed so. After all, there was no way to tell what the exact time was so he could only speculate.
