ATTENDING A GRAND OPENING CEREMONY

"It's been settled, both him and his crew will come to renovate the restaurant this afternoon. In mean time, try to hire more workers for the restaurant" Hutton said as put his phone back into his pocket.

"Uhh.. sure thing boss" Veronica said as she slowly came back to her senses.

"I will be leaving now due to other things I need to take care of, so bye for now" Hutton said as he began to leave the restaurant area.

"Sure thing, I will take care of the rest here" Veronica said rather sweetly while staring who quickly left in a cab. As soon as the taxi left, Veronica quickly changed her expression into a pondering look as she thought.

'I wonder who could lend such an amount of money?'

While being seated in the taxi, his phone suddenly rang in his pocket in which he calmly picked.

"Right on time" Hutton muttered with a light smile as he put his phone back into his pocket. Apparently, why his phone rang is because the Venice estate house movers have completed the moving of his this from his apartment to his new home. And coincidentally, that is where Hutton is going to right now.

After arriving at the Venice estate entrance, Hutton quickly paid the taxi and began to approach the estate entrance.

"Welcome back Sir" Jake quickly approached Hutton in a respectful manner as he walked into the estate.

"Thank you" Hutton replied with a calm smile on his face.

"Umm... Sir I have something to report to you" After being silent for a few moments, Jake finally spoke up in a rather tense manner.

"Uh? What do you want to report?" Hutton quickly asked back with a confused look on his face.

"There is someone currently waiting for you at your house, but the person told me I shouldn't reveal the person's identity to you" Jake said with a wry smile on his face.

Actually, he wasn't being told but was threatened by the person not to reveal the person's identity in a rather devilish way that might give him sleepless nights for a while.

"Someone is actually waiting for me at my own house!? How bold!!" Hutton exclaimed with a cold grin on his face while he suddenly dashed towards his house.

One of the things that always pisses him during his past life is when someone boldly infiltrated his zone and actually had the guts to wait for him there and what made the matter worse is that the person instructed one of the guards in the area to inform him once he arrives.

"Sir please hold...." Jake said but couldn't finish due to Hutton suddenly leaving his sight.

'What a speed!' Jake thought with a shocked expression on his face. As for Hutton, he didn't take him more than five minutes before he arrived at his house entrance.

As soon as he arrived at the entrance, he quickly slammed the door open while exclaiming in a rather furious roar.

"Who dares!?"

But as soon as he saw a slender and elegant lady that have a startled look on her face while being seated in the living room, he instantly calmed down while having a strange look on his face.

'What is she doing here?' Hutton thought while he began to walk into the living room.

The lady he just saw in his living room is none other than Vivian Donald. She currently wore a off shoulder black gown that has poker white dots at the lower part of the gown. Although the gown is a bit loose, it still couldn't hide the heavenly curves hidden within. Coupled with her glittery black hair, her cunning yet seductive pair of dark eyes and her looks that could be described as G*d's master piece, she could basically make a man to loose his rationality just by staring at her.

"You scared me for a second there, I thought a wild beast was charging into the house" Vivian said as she visibly sighed in relief.

'A beast?' Hutton thought with a vein popping out of his forehead, but he later calmed down as he asked in an annoyed tone.

"What are you doing here?"

"I am going to a grand opening ceremony and I would like you to act as my bodyguard at the event" Vivian answered with a mischievous yet seductive smile on her face.

'Already making me work at the same day I took the offer?' Hutton thought as he was about to reach scale between him blowing out in anger and enduring it within.

But since this offer was given to him by the Mayor of the city, Hutton had no choice but endure it with everything he have.

"Ok miss, just let me wash up first" Hutton finally said after a few moments of silence in the living room.

"Please just call me by my name. And also, what happened to your right hand for it to be bandaged like that?" Vivian asked as she stared at Hutton's right hand.

Throughout the time he went to his restaurant, he kept his right hand into his pocket while using his left to do everything there. Because of this, Veronica didn't noticed the bandaged right arm.

But due to how quick he ran to his house with a furious expression on his face, he swiftly took out his right hand from his pocket.

"You don't need to know. Wait here while I go wash up" Hutton said as he followed the stairs that is behind the living room and went to the second floor.

"How rude..." Vivian muttered with a pouted look on her face. But she later calmed down as she began to watch some TV.

After a few minutes went by, a man in black colored suit could be seen calmly walking down the stairs.

Unlike the one on a tracksuit that looked like a stowaway, the one in the suit looked more refined and dignified with a well kept brown hair and his deep and indifferent but glittering pair of brown eyes. He wore a pair of bikers gloves to hide the bandage he has at his right hand.

'Woah....' As soon as Vivian saw Hutton who has finally come down from the stairs, she immediately blanked out while exclaiming within her.

"Am all ready so let's move" Hutton said as he approached Vivian. It took her a while before she could reply back...

"Uh... Yeah, we should go now before we get late"

"Then lead the way Mrs. Vivian" Hutton said with of gesture that says 'You go first'

'This is so satisfying!' Vivian thought with a satisfied look on her face while unhurriedly walked out of Hutton's home along with Hutton who is behind her. But she failed to notice that while she passed Hutton, he sneakily took away his house spare key from Vivian which she got from the guards at the estate entrance.

Once both Hutton and Vivian came out from the house, Vivian quickly made a call with her phone. After that, in not less than 20 seconds, a black colored BMW M2 quickly packed right in front of Hutton and Vivian.

"You like the ride?" Vivian asked with a smug look on her face. But the smug look quickly vanished by what Hutton answered.

"It isn't bad" While saying it, he unhurriedly opened the back seat of the supercar while waiting for Vivian to get in.

"Hmph!" While giving a rather annoying hmph, Vivian slowly got into the car while Hutton used the other side to get in.

"Are we going to the event now?" The driver who turned out to be a middle aged man asked with a friendly smile on his face.

"Yes sir" Vivian answered in a friendly tone. After getting a confirmation, the middle aged man quickly drove out of the estate.

Where Hutton and Vivian are currently going to is at the Eastern area of the city where a four star hotel is having a grand opening. This hotel is actually the first four star hotel to have appeared at the Eastern part of the city.

Due to this reason, many influential people and families in the city plans on attending the grand opening ceremony.

After a 30 minutes long drive, Hutton and Vivian finally arrived right in front of the hotel.

'Nice hotel' Hutton thought with an impressed look on his face.
