Michael had also questioned Diviya about her abilities and what else she can do, however she could not answer that question.

Michael thought as well Diviya was part faerie. Diviya was on to something he thought.

A faerie blood on its own was an aphrodisiac for vampires. Something they would crave and for this reason many vampire took a faerie for their Lover.

However cross breeding is forbidden by the Moon Goddess, their creator.

Yes Diviya heard of this Moon Goddess before when they spoke of a mate. About each 'kind' being blessed with one and that she created them.

She was so new to all this and so green she thought, she knew what she needed to do but she have tried to suppress and hide everything for so long that she has no idea how she can do what she needed to do.

She never went exploring her abilities and she never attempted anything considered out of the ordinary.

So they deduced that she has a lot of work to do.

Michael told her of their type of "police", the royal elite squad and they were stationed world wide.

The different kind lived all over the world and where they were, they was in their own little world with the same type of set up for entry like getting into Velia.

They spoke of the night life, the businesses the Demon King owns even some in the human world. Like a bank, Zaconian Trust. This bank was around for centuries established by the Demon King.

It was the second bank.

He actually had the idea however his human partner at the time screwed him and went to the government with The Demon King's plans.

In turn they rushed and opened the very first bank and Adonis followed after on his own.

He and Dracul really was not expecting this human to betray them like that.

Nevertheless that swine did not live to enjoy the fruits of his labor and Diviya was actually all for it.

She felt a rage at the human for what he did to her mate, for what he took away from him. Being the owner of the very first bank.

Diviya was also beyond impressed at her mates accomplishments. He has been around for years and he was a very successful man, demon?

HER mate.

With that she thought of how well connected he must be and maybe he might just be the right one to help her with her parents killer.

She thought against it. Only because Diviya did not know how to ask him and so she thought if the opportunity presented itself to ask, she would definitely take a shot and she did not forget that he walked out on her. She still can't shake the feeling she felt in that moment.

However she must admit, breakfast was a good start.

Nevertheless Diviya and Michael had ate all of the left overs together and she drank her juice while Michael drank his blood.

Only pure blood vampires are able to eat food, those born a vampire.

Diviya made a mental note to ask about this further, as soon after Michael got called away.

Alone now in the beautiful garden she'd already toured, Diviya spoke to her mom and dad.

She had laid right here where she still was. She told them about where she was and how she got here.

Then she went on to share that she met her mate after she admits that she was different and not human.

She spoke of all she learnt today trying to recall and gauge how much she actually remembers.

She spoke about her intense feelings towards the Demon King and how it scares her.

This feels so strange, going from not feeling anything at all for anyone, any male. To feeling EVERYTHING for HIM.

Nothing, not one peep. Until HIM.

From how it was explained to her is that you meet your mate and there is an intense connection, then you actually fall madly in love, be super territorial and then you mate. There is also a ceremony and you live happily ever after, blah, blah, blah.

But she was not about that nonsense. Diviya wants to take her time and move at a slow pace.

Very slow.

So she wants to fight this and try to be in control and have her head on using rational thinking all the time. She convinces her mom like she was trying to convince herself.

Either way Diviya thought it was sound advice.

She told them all she learnt about the moon Goddess and mates and cross breeding was forbidden.

Then she wonders about herself because clearly she was mixed breed.

And if it was not allowed maybe that's why it was so dangerous for her?

The wheels started to turn but as she gaze at the stars that started to peek out filling up the sky. Diviya sighs and she finally decides to pull herself up and head back into the castle.

When suddenly she felt him and it happened so quickly as time she felt him before it can click on her mind he was already upon her.

She almost stumble back at the impact of his presence, that feeling of wholeness and it was like a magnet pulling her at the same time instantaneously to him but she stayed rooted to her spot after she quickly righted herself.

She then nervously smoothen out her dress and she ran her hands through her hair in an attempt to shake out any grass or leaves that may or may not be stuck in her hair and she stares up at him unsure of what to say or do next.

The Demon King looks at Diviya from head to toe. He drank her in and then he looks into her eyes and she took his breath away.

AGAIN.

"Hi", was all he could breathe out.

The Demon King had a long and draining day today, but it was a productive day.

He was confident that the information collected will lead to an address for the witnesses.

As it stood he still had to "question" Martel. That young vampire has not returned to his home yet.

And Adonis is still feeling a bit disturbed by his last encounter.

He made his way back to the castle and he was heading straight to see HER.

As he entered the gates he felt her presence and he drove quickly towards the castle entrance, only when he got there he realize that feeling he gets when she is close seems to be drifting further away the closer he got to the castle.

He parks and gets out of the vehicle. Turning he looks around and tap into his senses to feel her out, and so he traced back to where he first felt her and then branch off in that direction.

The Demon King inhales deeply and in pinpointing her location he vamped his way towards her, he just could not wait another minute longer, he was slowly losing his mind.

He found her, she was by the gardens.

Reaching her he slows and watches her as she scrambles to her feet, he watched as she smooth out her dress and rakes her hands through her hair. Her heart was beating so fast and he thought that's good at least he is having some type of effect on her as she is to him.

He and his beasts were easily calmed.

"Hi."

Like seriously? When did he get so pathetic? Ahh yes when Diviya keeps leaving him lost for words.

He lost all train of thought and smiles.

Diviya smiles up at him, her eyes twinkling with the light from the garden lamp post. She realize that she was affecting him the way he was affecting her. Because to her he looked a bit awkward.

"Hi, stranger."

The Demon King gave a side smile and took two steps that took him directly in front of her and he looks down at her. For a long moment he just stares at her not saying anything.

They both stare into each others eyes searching while basking in the feeling of warmth and completion their close proximity provides.

Then Adonis hand took on a life of its own and he gently pass the back of his fingers down the side of her face after tucking some hair behind her ear.

Diviya's eyes flutters close and her body then took on a life of its own and leans into his touch.

Adonis then cups her chin which he immediately realize was a mistake as his gaze fell to her luscious lips and all he wanted to do was bend down and capture them in his.

But instead he leans in further and says, "I am Adonis Zaconian and it is a pleasure to finally make your acquaintance." His voice was a bit strained from the internal battle he was fighting. Each one of his beasts wanting to come forward.

He was fighting his instincts to grab her and ravish her in the Garden. He knew he needed to pace himself and not scare her off.

However the bond was too strong even for him, it was beckoning him to take the steps to complete the mating process.

To mate and mark her and claim her as his.
