Pokemon In Cultivation World

"Ahhhh..." A teenage boy with very sleepy eyes yawned, He played for 10 hours straight looking for shiny pokemons. He obviously had a lot of free time.

"Blake used Yawn, it was super effective!" He laughed at his own lame joke before saving the game like usual, putting the 3Ds somewhere safe and finally heading for his bed to sleep. Doing something so repetitive for 10 hours is ridiculous, it was more mentally tiring than work. Only addicts like Blake were able to do that.

He literally collapsed on his bed, anyone seeing it might think he fainted. He didn't even bother covering himself with the blanket, sleeping soundly in his messy bed.

"Huh?!" Blake suddenly opened his eyes and uttered, looking around the place he was, he only saw white everywhere. His sleepiness was gone in a instant.

"What the hell? Wait, Where is my body?!" He suddenly noticed he couldn't see his body nor move it, like he became a ghost. He was starting to panic thinking he had died, when suddenly something appeared in front of him, and a familiar music entered his ears. He was dumbfounded and his mouth wide open.

"Isn't this... The music that plays in the beginning of the game?" It was the music that plays at the beginning of Pokemon Emerald, when you are naming your character. What he saw in front of him made him feel even weirder.

He subconsciously wanted to rub his eyes, but he remembered he didn't had them so he started to think about the current situation.

"I'm definitely in a dream." It was the only explanation he could find.

"I bet it's because I played it so much today, dreaming about pokemon isn't weird if you think about it. Maybe it's a lucid dream." He only felt a bit weird about the fact he wasn't playing Pokemon Emerald before sleeping, but maybe it's because he liked the game, it's not like dreams followed logic anyway.

"Well since a situation like this is so rare might as well go along with it." Since he didn't had arms anymore, he tried to will the arrow to move. To his surprise, the arrow actually moved to [Girl].

He willed to select it , and a screen with 'YES' and 'NO' to confirm his choice appeared, he selected yes without caring about it. He didn't choose [Girl] because he was gay or anything, he was one of those guys who always select female avatars in MMORPGs because they wanted to look at a pretty girl all the time. His logic was 'Do you want to stare at some handsome dude for hours or a pretty girl for hours?'.

A screen with a lot of letters to choose his name appeared. Strangely, 'Blake' was already written there by default. He didn't bother changing it and simply confirmed.

Then something Blake didn't expect happened, another selection screen appeared.

"These are..?" A lot of female mini avatars appeared in his screen with names beside them. It was asking him to choose a avatar from the list.

"Misty, Leaf, Selena, Skyla ,Iris... Every girl in all the Pokemon games I have played is here?" He was pleasantly surprised. This option doesn't exist in Pokemon, You simply selected Boy or Girl, Your name, Your rival name and that's it.

"Hmmm... Who I will choose.... Let's go with Flannery." Flannery, the fire-type gym leader of Hoenn, Blake favorite girl from there. He liked her even more than May, the actual female protagonist of the game.

He selected Flannery and confirmed his choice. The screen disappeared and everything was back to white again.

"Wait, where is the part to choose your rival name?" Before he could think about it, his vision suddenly began to distort and he fainted.

In the border of a forest, a red-haired girl was sleeping beside a tree. Her eyes trembled and slowly opened, before she stood up and looked everywhere, dumbfounded. Pokemon fans would recognize her as Flannery.

"What the hell...." Blake shook his head, trying to understand his situation, then he suddenly remembered what happened.

"I'm still dreaming...?" He stood there doing nothing for a while, then he suddenly noticed he had something in his back. It was a green bag, he felt it was familiar, when he realized where he had seen it before. It was the bag the protagonists used in Pokemon Emerald!!

"Isn't this the spatial bag? The one you could put two bikes and three fishing rods and still had space for a infinite amount of things?" Pokemon bags were always like that no matter the game, infinite space, and you could put things the size of a bike in it with no problem. He put his hands in it to check if anything was in it, and when he did so he was surprised. A familiar menu appeared inside his head, it was just like the game when he selected 'BAG' in the menu.

He found out he could move the menu the same way he did earlier, with his will. He searched around and found out the bag had five normal Pokeballs and two Potions.

He found it weird since he didn't feel anything with his hand, but when he selected a Pokeball in the menu, he suddenly felt something in his hand! When he pulled it out, he found out it was a Pokeball!!

"This dream is really weird..."Blake laughed wryly. He didn't notice it but he was subconsciously trying to convince himself this was a dream.

"Anyway, I have pokeballs and potions but where is my starter pokemon? Don't tell me I have to catch one myself..?" Just as he said that, something suddenly happened and it scared him enough to make him fall with his butt to the ground.

A virtual screen suddenly appeared in front of him.
