Matter absorption: Slightly trained can turn his arms into any absorbed property however yet to be able to change form into any weapon

DNA absorption untrained (gonna limit this till later on in the fic however gonna be op, ig he can absorb a quirk it's 1/10 power however he can train it up to be full power or stronger however it doesn't disappear over time but he can only absorb one for the time being if he try's to absorb another it will make the one he has currently disappear and replace it)
