Te Amo

Sam had experienced a rollercoaster of emotions since Christmas when Daniela kissed him. She liked him! She said so herself the next day when she came to apologize for surprising him. 

The real question was why. He didn't get it at all. 

When he asked, she said it was because he was kind, funny, and smart. No one had ever complimented him like that aside from his parents.

Then she admitted that she felt off when she didn't see him. Which was exactly what happened when he didn't see her. He had his reservations about this but she said they could figure things out. 

Sam couldn't say no to that so she ended up becoming his girlfriend. Everything felt like a dream after that. 

He had never had a girlfriend before so he really didn't know what he was doing but Daniela didn't seem to mind. Mostly, he rented the few Spanish-subtitled VHS tapes at the local Blockbuster for cheap but he felt like he had to do more than that.
