E- a fellow WATCH officer with innocence and a very prominent temper has been working on cases with her co-workers. Day by day cases come and go. This humanoid drags around with a dark past. She yearned for a clean slate and had now started on it. This soon all changes, flipping her world upside down. Her clean slate is broken, her past drags her down faster than she can fix, faster than she can hide who she really is and what she truly came from. This is a story of action, drama, friendships, romance and finding who you are.
Neon District. My home. It's all I've ever known. Someone had told me that even in the darkest of places, you can find light to better beginnings, to better endings. I honestly wish that was something I could follow and live by but it's simply not what could be applied to my life. It's too late for most here. I'm one of them. Corrupted past leads to a corrupted future. Corruption hidden is bound to be revealed. Clean slates are bound to be broken. The past is bound to take you by the ankle and drag you back, giving you a hard taste of who you truly are. There's no changing it, there's no changing it for me.
I, E Osaki or well, Officer Osaki am not the average officer or person. For a lack of better words I am a thing, a humanoid. My past is no longer relevant, nor my old identity. I am going to lead a normal life, fill my clean slate with who I really want to be. I am not my past. I am what I now create my future to be, what I create myself to be within this city, I am what I create out of this mess of a city.
This concrete jungle, this one colossal mess of a city, is known for its crime and corruption. It's also known for its technological advances and well run businesses. This town, once an average town with a perfect balance to everything soon collapsed. Gunshots, screams, trauma, all of it took over the citizens. It attracted some unwanted people. Black markets, drugs, you name it. It was now taken over. The government gave up ultimately. Many became accustom to this place. Yeah, there are those who abide by the rules, that HAVE morals. Don't expect that to be a common sight. This place won't be safe, not until all of this has been fixed. It won't anytime soon. These dark, dirty streets will never be fully cleansed. All it really takes is one step in the wrong direction and to hell you go, to chaos you walk into the city of hell will soon wreak havoc upon every aspect of you. Don't expect to comeback. It's Neon District after all, what CAN you do to fix its effects once it has already been done?
