Chapter 27: What to Do About the Cunning Sensei

After completing the tutoring task, Mutsuki did not return to the Southern Forest but instead went to his house in the main city area.

Mutsuki quickly cooked two dishes to solve dinner and then went out for a walk. After all, he couldn't wait for friendship at home.

"Wasn't it you who said you didn't sleep well yesterday and were tired, wanting to sleep? Now you're not tired?" Mutsuki opened his eyes and smiled at Asuma.

Looking at Mutsuki's expression, Asuma knew he had been tricked.

But he had no choice. This was a tutoring session worth twenty-five thousand ryo per hour. If Mutsuki really fell asleep here, not only would Asuma be unable to sleep now, but he wouldn't be able to sleep at night either.
