Ch 37 : Rasa

One week Later...

Just like usual, Chisaki was still training his medical ninjutsu in the training ground with Tsunade.

The past week, Chisaki had felt he was one step closer to mastering the ability to use overhaul on himself, and it would not be long until he fully mastered it.

However, there was something different today.

A few hours into the training, some anbu suddenly came to call Chisaki.

' Again....'

Chisaki's mood dropped a lot as his training was disrupted.

But he still followed the anbu to the Third Kazekage's office.

He walked inside the Third Kazekage's office and found that there was already someone else besides him here.

Stopping for a while, Chisaki observed the man.

The man had auburn hair dark eyes and was usually depicted with a very stern look on his face. On his body, he wore a simple black jacket and pants with mesh armor underneath.

' Ahh.. this must be Rasa, the worst Dad in Naruto anime's history...'

Looking at the man in front of him, Chisaki quickly realized his identity.

Still, now a question appeared on his mind.

Is this what he called for?

Would the scenario after this be Rasa lecturing him to not be too bigheaded like in the Cn manga?

Rasa saw Chisaki was stuttering in front of him and suddenly stretched out his hand closer to Chisaki.

At first, Chisaki thought that Rasa was going to play some tricks on him and was ready to stab his ass anytime using some ground spike.

But then, the trick never happened, and instead Rasa placed his hand on Chisaki's shoulder.

" Good job Kid, worthy of my junior brother!"

" ???"

Fast forward, the Third Kazekage introduced Rasa to Chisaki.

Both of them were his disciples, so they should get along well.

However, this was not the reason why The Third Kazekage called them today.

" *Cough* Now, let's get back to business. A spy of mine in the land of the earth came with a piece of shocking news. It seemed that Iwa was planning to do something since they thought that we had released the water in the second Shinobi war."

Chisaki and Rasa were a bit shocked about this. They have just finished the Second World War, so would really Iwa plunge them into another madness of war.

Honestly, Chisaki didn't really hate war as it gave him an official reason to act against Konoha. Nonetheless, he knew that the current him was still far too weak, and he wouldn't be able to do anything to Konoha yet.

Looking at the two shocked expressions, the Third Kazekage could see what they were thinking. However, he then shook his head.

" Actually, I have a different thought about this."

" ???? "

Rasaq and Chisaki looked at each other, but since they didn't know what to say, they just stayed silent and waited for the Thord Kazekage to explain.

" In my opinion, their actual target was actually none other than you, Chisaki!" Said the Third Kazekage, pointing at Chisaki, which made Chisaki a bit surprised.

Still, when he thought about it, everything indeed made sense.

" The reason why we didn't go hard in the last war was that you have revitalized our land. Therefore, they would target you because of two reasons. One is to get us serious in the next war, or second to also get their land revitalized!"

Only now did Chisaki realize the severity of his action.

If things really went like how the Kazekage had predicted, then it wouldn't be a surprise if he was to be targetted by a whole country.

But the Kazekage didn't intend to stop yet.

" And therefore, I have a plan to send Rasa as your bodyguard! Karura is good, but against a whole country, only Rasa was strong enough!"

" ... "

So after all, this was the target of the kazekage, huh?

Still, Chisaki obviously wouldn't complain.

Having an almost kage-level powerhouse, he obviously wouldn't reject.

Furthermore, if he wasn't wrong, Rasa had the ability to control gold, and Chisaki wanted to try using his overhaul to control those golds.

The talk was done, and with the decision being finalized, Chisaki and Rasa said goodbye to the Third Kazekage.

They said their goodbye happily, but without them knowing, the Third Kazekage actually had a devious smile on his face.

" Hehehehe... sorry Chisaki, but this is a must."

Back to Chisaki, he brought Rasa back to his home, where Konan and Tsunade were already waiting.

He entered the house and introduced Rasa to Tsunade and Konan, but then, he noticed something was wrong here.

The moment Rasa saw Tsunade, Chisaki could feel something was wrong here.

' Wait... that look.. don't tell me....'

' Bastard, Third Kazekage, you shameful old man!'

Only at this moment, Chisaki was able to realize the Third Kazekage's intention.

He didn't know whether the Third's inference about Iwa was right or wrong, but Chisaki was sure that the Third Kazekage's goal this time was Tsunade.

Nonetheless, Tsunade was a beautiful woman in her prime.

And to put Rasa, who was currently single, to stay with Tsunade for a long time...

It shouldn't be hard to guess what's the Third Kazekage was doing.

But, even if he knew that, would it make Chisaki worried?

Of course not, the Third Kazekage might be a scheming old man, but he didn't know Tsunade at all.

Chisaki was confident. No matter how hard Rasa tried, Tsunade wouldn't fall for him. After all, there was no one that would fall for someone like Rasa, right?

Chisaki smiled secretly as he couldn't wait to see the Third Kazekage's face when he realize that his plan was destined to fail from the start.
