Plan to escape

When Alex looked through the peephole he saw Jayden standing out the door with a short guy. He immediately opened the door and let them in. Jayden did not ask him why he was here and neither did he explain why he was there.

They both looked at each other and walked side by side into the adjoining room.

"Woh! What happened here?" The Short guy asked while looking at the messy room. 

The cold wind blew inside the room from outside through the broken glass wall. Everyone shivered. 

"What happened to this side of the wall?" The short guy asked once again but he did not get any response this time as well.

Once inside the adjoining room, the short guy noticed the gun on the floor and lifted it up. He held it pointing at Melissa. No one was nervous other than Elina. 

"Why are you not answering my question now? Did you all plant to kill her or not?" Still, with a smile on her face, Melissa asked.

"Yes…" The short guy replied.
