Behind the school building, Lu Yan dragged Lu Rong and stopped at a place no one frequented.

"Cousin what was that for? How could you do that to sister? Your huge lie will be revealed on Saturday when the whole city gathers for our birthday. Do you know how our school mates will look at me then? they will think I am a liar" she fumed.

"Lu Yan, what has gotten into you? You can't be friends with Wei Yang have you forgotten? I told you before that she will steal everything away from you. A good example of that is the school belle title.

She has just found her parents and uncle and Aunt are all over her. What about you? Will you be able to handle it when she takes away everything from you?" She gauged Lu Yan's expression and saw her eyes flickered and she smiled. 'its working' she thought. "About the lie I made up today, I'm sorry for putting you in a tight spot. I should have told you beforehand. We will look for solution to remedy the lie before your birthday on Saturday". 'As if I'm going to do anything about it' she sneered in her heart.

"You are taking nonsense. She didn't even contest for the school belle before she was elected. She won by twice of what I was voted.

It was my fault that mum and dad found her. If I hadn't taken that route last week and my chauffeur didn't hit that man with my car, no one would have gone to the hospital, neither would dad have seen her" an unknown feeling surged in her heart.

"This is exactly what I am taking about. What if the accident was contrived? Have you ever thought about that?" Evil apparent in her smile when she saw Lu Yan opened her eyes wide.

"Why would they do that? They didn't know she was my parent's child" she lowered her head to conceal the glint in her eyes.

"Stop being so naive dear cousin. This world is full of bad people. They must have known the truth and wanted to make you the door to their entry"

After some seconds of hard thinking, Lu Yan folded her arms on her chest and asked "How did you know all these?"

Lu Rong was stunned for a moment before she smiled to cover her irritation "It's just my hunch. You know my hunch is always right"

"No, I am only seeing you trying to put a wedge between my sister and I. Lu Rong, don't think I don't know what you have been doing all these years. You made me hate Wei Yang and do those bad things to her, while you stand aside to watch the show. Not anymore . I refuse to hate her like you want. She is my sister now. Mum and Dad will be hurt if I dissapoint them again" she turned and was about to walk away then .
