MHA with a devil fruit

As I look around all I see is a void like place. I try to move my body but I come to realise I have no control of my seemingly ethereal body. As I started to panic, I heard a gentle and seemingly bewitching voice in my head.

"my my, a soul that can survive the environment of the void. What a very special mortal you are."

said the voice, coming from no direction in particular.

As I looked around for the speaker of these words I saw nothing until from nowhere a woman surpassing the beauty of any mortal possible appears in front of me.

"my name is #####, but as you mortals are incapable of comprehending my name you may refer to me as my title, the void goddess."

said the otherworldly beauty. My mind that would normally be going crazy from the situation presented to me, seemingly calmed down in the presence of the gentle and innocent aura coming off of this goddess.

As my mind calmed down I realized that I had been absent mindedly staring without saying anything. I quickly tried to introduce myself but when I did I realized something. 

"I'm sorry to stare, my name is ...., uhm I can't seem remember."

In response to my words the goddess just giggled. My face turning, what I can imagine, beet red.

calming myself down again, I asked some of the questions in my mind 

"Who Am I, what am I doing here and why can't I remember anything."

In response to my questions the goddess answered them differently to my imagination

"You are in my domain, welcome. you are the first mortal to be here. For your other questions, you can't remember anything because your soul was cleaned in the preparations for the cycle of reincarnation and I have no idea who you are and how you got here."

As I contemplated her answer she interrupted me whilst I was thinking, to say something that would both shock and scare me

"The longer you stay in my domain the longer your soul with erode. It is already a miracle that you have not ceased to exist in my present."

"WHAT!"

I shouted in horror

"What do I do then. Am I going to die."

I said in a depressing tone barely holding back my despair. 

"No. because you have given me a suprise I will reincarnate you with a gift to help you along the way. On your forth birthday in your new life you with receive my gift and awaken your memories of this event. I will be watching you so I hope you will entertain me mortal." 

with that a portal appeared next to me sucking me in. Before it fully pulled me in I was able to shout

"thank you goddess for your generosity, I will be sure to pray to you."

Then darkness enveloped me. As I opened me eyes a splitting headache awoke me from my dazed state. As it slowly faded I was able to look around. looking at my hands I was able to see that my hands are very small and smooth with a creamy white skin colour, very much like the hands of a small child. But the weirdest part is the weird looking fruit in my hands. It looks like a pair but is white with S like patterns all over it.

Thinking back to my encounter with the goddess I remember her saying she left me a gift to help me and coming to the conclusion that this fruit is it I, without hesitation, took a bite of it. My face instantly went pale and I instantly felt regret as the fruits taste was so bad that after I swallowed the bite I fainted right there on the spot. 

luckily it was the middle of the night and after the fruit was bitten into it disintegrated and was carried of with the wind.

As i woke up to the sun rising, I remembered the events of last night and shuddered just thinking about the horrible taste. Then I thought back to the experience of the body I am in. my memory is fuzzy but I do remember not having any parents and being raised by my only family left, my grandmother. She was old but very sweet and caring. she owned a little bed and breakfast that she ran on her own and was very caring to me or the previous owner of my body. I'm still a little confused about everything. 

I also remember that the previous owner was obsessed with a weird looking giant with bunny ears looking hair, superhero called all-might and also a great desire to also be a superhero. so great it also affected me or I could just also want to be a superhero my emotions are a little muddled and I'm very confused.

I came to realise why I needed a gift to help me survive as this world is very dangerous with many super villains with powerful quirks threatening the safety of normal and weak people. Quirks being the name given to the powers one has.

'That reminds me, I wonder what the quirk I got from the goddess is.'

As I wonder what it is, I get an instinctive feeling of what it is and how to control it. As I try to use my newly gained powers, a small white string comes out of my finger. I try to extend it but it takes a lot of difficulty and concentration. It is also making me tired very quickly. As I'm so concentrated on trying to control the string I fail to realise that somebody has opened the door and is watching me.

As I'm in the midst of trying to get better control of my newly gained power I how a sweet old voice giving me the biggest scare of my life 

"ryo-chan I can't believe you've awakened your quirk, I'm so happy for you." 

said the old lady standing at the door in a voice filled with familial love and affection.
