"I Choose to spin the wheel" I said then Neptune I waved his hand and summoned a giant wheel containing a lot of abilities like,Six Eyes,Sharingan,Zoro,Nine tails Chackra and a whole lot of things.

"So when do we start..I mean how do I spin without Arms" I asked Clearly stating that I'm a floating ball of light at this moment, honestly I wonder if anyone would care about my death i wasn't really the 'good' type of person and didn't really have any friends soo I was a complete loner.

Next is the Ability wheel.

The more better you get at that thing for example if your cooking and you know nothing about it The more you fail to cook the more you get better at it or, the more You get hit or attacked by someone the more your able to dodge and overwhelm them or heck even copy their movements

" Neptune said that about the ability and well actually I think my luck is actually good for once.
