While Chloe is trying her best to help him get his memories back his sister, Ally sees this as an opportunity to reunite her best friend with her brother and will stop at nothing until it is how she wants it to be. Nothing blows colder than the wind of a cold winter while your heart broken. All you want you to do is just sit in bed with a book at hand and a nice cup of hot chocolate at hand or scotch to try and drown all of your sorrows. Yes, everyone was currently doing that except for Chloe.
The wind blew harder making snowflakes blow to her face but she did nothing but close them a little. Feeling shivers going down her spine while she was blowing hot air on the tip of her fingers felt numb at this very moment
Have you ever felt incomplete? Like the world was swallowing you and there was no hope for you anymore. Like nothing mattered but the pain you felt through and never saw anything after that. That's where she is currently at right now.
Seated on the porch of her house. Snowflakes were about to make her entire head white but she didn't care.
She couldn't believe that one night had taken all she had. All the memories had been wiped off just like that. life was not fair and she hated the universe right now. His hopes, dreams, and love had just faded in her eyes.
At this moment nothing broke her heart more than seeing her love look at her with empty eyes not knowing who she was like there was never a connection at all. She didn't know whether to be happy that his life was spared after all but how could she be happy when she lost him this way? He was there yet not there. All she had was memories but what was thdeadie when she was the only one who remembered them?
She continued seating there lost in thought with her heart tightening even harder as she got deeper into her thoughts until she felt a hand hold her arm.
She looked up at her mother with teary eyes. She wiped the cold liquid on her face as she didn't notice that she had been crying. Her mother sat next to her before she let out a word in a crusty and trembling voice.
"Did it have to be me"? She looked at her mom and only then was she able to cry out and her sobs getting harder.
"Shhh, Chloe this is only just a season and it will come to pass", she pulled her closer to her chest and brushed her back.
Deep down she hoped that it was a season and trusted her mother's word.
